Rilynn babbled from where she was looking up at where Ryan had moved his head into his daughter's eyeline making a small smile appear on his daughter's lips, "Cait," Ryan walked into the kitchen of his and Caitlin's shared apartment seeing Alex Karev in the kitchen along with his girlfriend.
"Hey, man." Alex spoke when seeing Ryan enter his kitchen holding his daughter in his arms before setting her down onto the high chair Ryan had bought for her, "Hey." Ryan said back, walking to the fridge and getting some bacon along with a cartoon of orange juice.
He knew that Caitlin and Alex had both helped to keep Zola in the same hospital as her soon to be foster parents were in, so he was forever grateful for his baby mama and her boyfriend, "Mm, that smells good."
Ryan turned his head when seeing the Karev male standing near to where he was cooking at the kitchen stove. He was going to have to get used to Alex being around, wasn't he.

Ryan rounded the corner when seeing that Lexie had just moved away from where Derek was, "Hey," Ryan looked at his sister, "Can we switch?"
Ryan shook his head, "I told you, Lex, he's going to be hard on you until you learn all of his quirks like I have done." He explained to his sister who frowned, "And anyways, I'm with Robbins, and you know I like being on Peds."
Lexie sighed, "They're not quirks. They're these scary, nitpicky rules just to drive me crazy." Ryan chuckled at her words, "Like what is the deal with him needing sixteen towels in the OR. At all times?" Lexie asked her brother.
Ryan looked at her, "Look, if I gave you all the answers, then you'll never learn on your own." Lexie groaned, "You sound just like Meredith when I asked her." She stated as Ryan pats his half sister's shoulder, "Good luck."
The Grey female walked past her brother who chuckled when seeing Lexie roll her eyes, feeling in his pocket that he had gotten a page, "Ryan." Derek looked at his best friend, "Derek." Ryan said back when seeing that it was only his interns paging him.
"Can't you and Lexie switch?"
The Grey male shook his head, "I'm on Peds this week, and you know I like working with tiny humans." He explained, "But you also like working with me." Derek said as Ryan nods his head, "I do, which is why I am on your service next week,"
The Shepherd male sighed as Ryan pats his friends' shoulder, "Don't give up on her, she'll get it." He said to his best friend about his half sister, "I hope she does." Derek said as Ryan walked away when seeing Meredith go towards her husband.
