Ryan turned his head when seeing Arizona Robbins standing outside of Mark's apartment with Callie standing in front of her ex girlfriend, "Arizona?" The Grey male said when seeing his ex mentor, "You're back?"
Arizona put on a small smile when seeing her favourite resident, "Ryan, hi," He came over to his blonde headed friend hugging Arizona in his arms, "I'm back." Ryan smiled at that as he looked at his friend when he had gotten a page from Stark, "Please, come back to work, I can't handle working with Stark." He admitted when his pager went off again.
"I have to go, but I will see you later."
The blonde nods her head watching as Ryan walked further away from her, with Caitlin coming out of Ryan's apartment smiling at her baby daddy.

"Major Seattle area shooting. We have reports that a gunman has opened fire on students and faculty." The news reporter reported as Ryan's hands shook from where he stood in the area where everyone was.
"Dr Grey?" Miranda Bailey looked at the Grey male whose hands shook from beside him, "Ryan." She put a hand on his arm as Ryan went out of his daze looking down at where Bailey had her hand on him, "Are you okay?"
Ryan blinked, "I'm fine. I'm fine." He repeated looking back to the television screen that the employees were all looking at, "People. People."
Chief Webber paced in front of his employees as they stood at the emergency bay, "Our own trauma is fresh and we are gonna have feelings today, and there's no shame in that." The man claimed, "What I want to say is what we went through six months ago, they are going through right now," The Chief tells them all, "Which makes them our brothers and sisters, which makes them fellow travelers, which makes them our own,"
Ryan looked down at his feet, "So, to the very best of our ability, we are gonna do our work first, and you're gonna have feelings later," The Chief tells his employees.
Where from beside him, Lexie started to sob, "Grey." Lexie sniffled, "I'm fine," The fourth year resident said, "I'm fine!" She repeated trying to reassure them.
Ryan looked at his sister seeing Lexie have tears fall down her face, "Go to the pit—" He started to say, "I'm fine!"
Lexie reassured as Mark then looked at his girlfriend, "Go to the pit and make sure we're stocked, call the Blood Bank—"
Lexie shook her head, "I'm fine," However Mark looked at the fourth year, "Call the Blood Bank, tell them to give us all the O-neg they have," The Plastics attending said as Ryan then saw his half sister nod her head as she walked into the ambulance entrance doors.
The first ambulance approached, "This one's mine," The Chief stated going with April as Ryan went towards the second ambulance that approached with Meredith, "What do you have?"
