Am I falling ?

I was walking down the school corridor only to see a wonderful site.
A girl again with a box of cookies behind him with an ugly pout that didn't even suited her.

I minded my own business and went towards my locker taking my notebook and book i went to my class. Jen would not be coming today and i am wholesome alone for today. It didnt minded me that much as i had a habbit to be alone before jennie came 3 yrs ago.

I went to my class and someone suddenly said "whooooo" in order to scare me. I looked at him dead serious without any emotion. He gulped hard and apologized. 

Cliff-  "hey Athena where's jennie?"

I looked at the owner of the voice and said "she would not be coming today. Why so?"

"Umm nothing just asking."he passed an awkward smile.
I just sat on the corner seat of the first bench and put my head down on the table looking outside.

Just then "Ahhhhhhhhh" a girl screamed.  I shoot my head up to see what happened.

"G-guys"she said while panting as a lion is chasing her.

"What happened Clara?" a girl asked her looking at her condition.

"H-he guys he"

"Just say it" cliff added.

"Ares!"

"What happened to Ares?" Noah who is a friend is Ares looked at her concerned.

"I come to know that he- he has a girlfriend."

The whole class started screaming. Girls started complaining not believing what they hear. And i was sitting their with wtf look on my face.

"NONSENSE "noah said capturing everyones attention.

"What "the girl clara exclaimed.

"Who told you that " noah.

" I heard it, you know the the antennae of our school Michelle told everyone that when yesterday she went to bakery Ares came and took a cake with "Happy Birthday love" written to it. And also when michelle followed him he took a hugggee bouquet of flowers. Is not that enough to tell." She said in one breath.

Noah already realising what was that just eyerolled and went from classroom.

"So that means we should not expect anything from him now" a girl said sadly.

LOl every girls face was worth watching.

But is it true does he have a girl the dress,the cake ,then the bouquet wait why i am even thinking it doesn't matter to me if he have one. Why do i care. I thought to myself and again put my head on my desk.

I can hear everyone gossiping only this topic and why not this is gonna be a hot topic for several day. Afterall the heartthrob of the school got a girlfriend.

Just when he entered i can clearly hear him talking with noah while entering the class to my surprise no one shouted and make any annoying noise today it was pin drop silence.

I liked it though.

And after some minutes teacher came and started teaching.
