He is a flirt so he would have most likely been dating Sophie but then cheating on her with Linh then the circle just keeps going on. So it isn't really Fitz's temper as to why people hate/dislike him. Before you say Keefe is a flirt he only does it with Sophie and has gone out of his way to not lead Biana on but still date Sophie. He hasn't done anything at all.
