Sophie said she had a fast heartbeat in Neverseen (not those exact words) and the early stages of love usually mean that that happens meanwhile with Fitz she had a fluttery heartbeat which is usually according to online resources a crush.

For Today

Oh, according to a few websites (not sure if they are trustworthy) the person you love feels your heartbeat almost exactly the same.

So basically if we learn which way Biana's heart beats for Dex and Tam or any clues of how it does she may like one or the other if they haven't excersised/gone on a mission etc.
