Nasir looked up hearing his name and seeing Akira walking towards him. He put down his phone ready for her to walk between his legs but she stood good distance out making him eye her.
He stared at her with his normal blank face and she stood in front on him with her phone in her hand
"Hm?"
"You wanna hear me freestyle?"
His eyebrows frowned unintentionally a sign of confusion showing on his face. But he agreed and she started playing a calm instrumental and got herself ready
She waited until when she felt was right before starting
"You pop percs all year where my gift at? And why the fuck I got an Easter basket?
Why you hire Johnny red the crackhead to come and sing to me? And he ain't even sing a love song he sung "happy birthday" I don't like that. I don't like that one bit—"
Nas sat in the chair watching her more confused than when he started.

He listened to her until she was done, watching as she turned the instrumental off and watched him expectantly.
"Fuck was that?" He said watched her and her face dropped
"Baby..." Nasir said immediately feeling his chest tighten watching as tears built up in her eyes, he leaned up and took her hand pulling her closer.
"Stop cryin....it was good."
"I know right" she said and he watched blankly as she smiled at him
