Backstory: Tsukiya Wolfheart is a half american and Japanese who is a engineering and a commander of counters (Nikke) and he uses biometals based on the Cybeast. Tsukiya hates Union because they have tried multiple times to get him to join them, but only because he has technology and connections to the central government with the help from Aether (Genshin Impact), who is Kamen rider Neo Decade. They fight to stop Union and have to deal with his ex-girlfriend Kuroka, who just wants him back because of his position as a commander and a Mega Man.
