(Kutaro and Kangou are seen patrolling Union City as they turn to each other and nod. Suddenly a male voice is heard.)
????: Stop tight there!
(They turn to see Deathstroke and Bane. Deathstroke then starts shooting as both Kutaro and Kangou dodge the bullets. The two villains then jump down from the building and land on their feet.)

Bane: Resist all you want, but I'm gonna break you both, and then the bat.
Kutaro: We could care less about Bruce Wayne!
Deathstroke: You talk too much.
(The two prepare to transform.)
Kutaro/Kangou: (unison) Henshin!
DOBUTSU! NINJA! ORIGAMI! KAMEN RIDER YOKAISER!
(They transform into their Kamen Rider Forms, and then both Deathstroke and Bane walk towards them.)
Deathstroke: Face me, if you dare!
(Bane charges at Yokaiser, and then they throw punches and kicks as none of them is having advantage. Ancient Sango is having advantage as he punches Deathstroke three times, and grabs his left arm. The fight resumes as Ancient Sango still overwhelms Deathstroke while Yokaiser grabs Bane and cuts his venom tubes. They then perform their finishers.)
SCANNING CHARGE!
A. Sango: RIDER KICK!
(They combine their finishers and kick both Deathstroke and Bane, who scream in agony as they explode. Suddenly they start having a strange feeling.)
Yokaiser: Ever had a feeling of being watched?
A. Sango: I'm having it now.
(In the bushes, Haruka Mirai is seen watching them from afar until a shinobi catches him.)

Ryoki: Hey you!
(Haruka turns to Ryoki as both Kutaro and Kangou approach him. Ryoki glares at Haruka.)
Ryoki: Why are you following my darling and his friend?
(Haruka silently approaches her, and instead of attacking, he brushes past her.)

(He walks away, leaving the three individuals confused.)
(A few moments later, some random Union Students who are revealed to have survived from Sora's attack are seen hiding in an abandoned warehouse.)
Student 1: This can't be happening. We had everything in the palm of our hands.
Student 2: Those bastards are gonna pay for this!
(Suddenly Haruka appears out of nowhere.)
Student 1: Hey, who is he?
Student 2: Uh... I guess he's here to help us!
Haruka: (crosses arms) You think so?
(He places the Amazons Driver in his waist.)
Haruka: Guess what, I'm not here to help you. I'm here to kill you all!

Haruka: HHHHRRRRAAAAGGGGHHH!!!! AMAZON!!!!
EVOLU-E-EVOLUTION!
(He transforms into Amazon Omega, and charges at the surviving Union Students.)

(He pulls his spear and prepares to kill them.)
VIOLENT BLADE!
(He throws it at three Union Students before beheading the fourth student. He then slashes the fifth in half, and rips the sixth one's arm appart. After he finished the Union Students, he ate their corpses before reverting back to Haruka.)
(Back to Kutaro, he is approached by his teacher Jasmine.)

Jasmine: You won't believe what I just heard.
Kutaro: What is it, sensei?
Jasmine: Many people have been eaten alive recently.
(She then shows the pictures of the locations where said atrocity happened. Kutaro notices a strange blood mark forming the Omega symbol. Ryoki remembers Haruka, but decides to keep it a secret.)
