At NRC, in the infirmary. Crewel came back to check on his favorite puppy and was surprised to see his hair was suddenly short. Ace had also fallen asleep on his left with his head on its arm while Deuce was sleeping on his right with his arms wrapped around him.

Y/n now had a small smile on his lips, a single tear falling from his eye. Crewel reached down to wipe it away, noticing his fever was gone. He smiled softly "I think things are starting to get back to normal."

Y/n's pov

I opened my eyes, finding myself right above the underworld. I was holding Idia in my arms bridal style and Grim was laying on his stomach. I glanced at my hand 'Hm... Yes, this should do it.' "Game, set, match... Gate to the Underworld."

I started flying up as the gate was closing, everything was covered in ice from me using Chesed. That at least means I'm regaining my full powers.

"Talk to you soon."

My eyes widened and I looked back down when I heard this unknown voice but all I saw was the gate fully closing... I shook my head 'I'll think about this later.'

Getting on the blue platform where I left everyone, I put Idia and Grim down then took a deep breath "i would like to apolo-"

I've been cut off by small hands pulling my head down: Riddle "I see tears. Have you been crying?"

'Oh. I forgot about those.'

"Are you okay? Are you hurt anywhere?" Azul asked while Jamil checked for my temperature or any injury.

"Do we need to get you to a hospital or something?" Epel asked, also worried.

"Do not crowd him." Vil scolded while Leona picked me up and placed me a bit away from the others.

"Were you all... worried about me?" I asked softly.

They all gave me incredulous look and Rook chuckled softly "Of course we were. You always care for us. Why wouldn't we do the same for you?"

My heart again... "I just... Well... I guess I'm just not used to this..." I pictured auntie, papapi and mamina "... anymore."

"Well, we'll get you used to it, Liebe." Vil ran a hand through my now short hair "You're so handsome."

I blushed a bit and looked away, clearing my throat "I believe it is time to go back to Night Raven." I picked up Grim and he mumbled softly "Y/n..." which made my heart sway "I'll teleport you all there."

"Pause, pause, pause." Vil raised a hand.

"I believe you meant to say "I'll teleport us all there."" Jamil corrected.

"You're not plannin' on doin' the same thing again, are you?" Leona raised an eyebrow.

"Calm down, darlings. There's no more danger. I just destroyed a lot from this entire grand facility and there are some things I gotta fix. Plus, I need to talk more with Idia in private and I'm sure you're all exhausted after everything." I glanced at Idia's sleeping form. The boys didn't look entirely convinced though. I sighed softly "I wanted to wait before giving you those but..." I raised a finger, a gem materializing before each one of them.

"Those are...?" All gems have a meaning, you know.

A spinel for Riddle: It turned into a choker and clasped itself on his neck. An emerald for Leona: It turned into an armlet and wrapped around his arm. An amethyst for Azul: It turned into a ring and slipped on his index finger. A garnet for Jamil: It turned into a hair ornament and settled on one of his braids. An agate for Vil: It turned into an amulet and wore itself on his neck. A lapis lazuli for Rook: It split and turned into earrings, getting on his ears. And a charoite for Epel: It turned into a bracelet and slipped around his wrist.
