"The wees on the bus go loun 'n loun..."
The little boy sitting in the middle of the king-sized bed, merrily sang. Pillows are stacked behind and on both sides of him, and in front sat his favorite Pororo stuffed toy and Avengers action figures, as if they are his exclusive audience.
He has soft and fair cheeks with a natural blush on them, a pair of little bunny teeth beneath his pouting lips, and eyes that look like a doll's—physical traits he got from his well-known parents. Adding to his adorable appearance are the black pantsuit, gray undershirt and blue bow tie he is wearing, making him look like a character from one of his favorite animated films, Boss Baby.
"The wipa's on the bus go swish, swish, swish!" his little voice got louder as he excitedly swung his chubby arms to the beat. "Swish, swish, swish!"
That is how Kio found his two-year-old son once he exited the bathroom, wearing only a bathrobe while he dries his hair with a towel. He walked towards the bed and can't help but kiss the boy's cheek.
"Dada swish, swish, swish!" the child sang, obviously annoyed by his dad's still wet hair. He immediately wiped his cheek with his palm, just like the 'wipa's on the bus.'
Kio laughed, sat beside him, and decided to test his son for the last time. "Baby, how will you answer if someone asked who you are?"
The boy's round eyes looked up his father's identical ones and with a bit of reluctance, he repeated what his mother patiently taught him. "I am Ahn Killian, you can call me Kian. My momma is Lilac Ayaya—"
"Ayutthaya," Kio gently corrected.
"Ayuyaya."
He laughed and softly pinched his son's cheek. "You can just say Lilac, baby. They will know who Momma is, either way."
Killian happily nodded, "my momma is Lilac and my dada is Ahn Ki-Lyeong!"
"Kio. Ahn Kio, baby."
"Ahn Kio! I am two," he brought his hand up and did a peace sign, "yea's ol! I am good boy!"
Kio burst into fits of laughter and hoisted the boy up his feet. "Did Momma tell you to say that, too? That our Killian is a good boy?"
"No, Uncle Ash said I'll get lots of toys if they know I'm a good boy, Dada."
Ahh... what is Asher teaching his son?
"You don't have to tell them you are, Kil. Just show them you are and always behave, okay? Always listen to Momma and Dada, and be good to the aunties and uncles there. We will meet lots of people and they all want to meet you!" He stood up and resumed drying his hair. "Dada is going to get ready, can you wait for me for a bit longer?"
"Dada will be Boss Baby, too?"
Kio supported Kian back into his former sitting position, not forgetting to be careful with his clothes. Lilac will surely lecture him all night once their child shows up in the event with his custom-made suit full of creases.
Tonight's runway show is a big deal for his girlfriend. This time, she is not one of the models but the designer, herself. Lilac's favorite street fashion brand finally contacted her months ago for a collaboration and tonight, the long-awaited collection will be revealed, at last. Not only that, but this will also be the first time their baby boy will appear in front of the public. Basically, this is such a monumental night for his little family.
After K4RMA's disbandment, and RAVN's indefinite hiatus announcement three years ago, the couple secretly flew to Europe for the birth of Killian. Outsiders only knew both groups wanted to focus on their solo careers as the reason for these abrupt decisions, but the truth is; it was because of Lilac's pregnancy, and Jada and Haneul's engagement.
