(A/N: I felt bad about giving you a really short chapter, so here's another. I was going for a doctors appointment, so yeah, and anyway read now. A/N's are boring.)

Pencil's POV:
"Uh... Well..." I glanced at Pen. He gave me a look that read, Please say yes. "Uh... Yeah! We're totally dates!" I stuttered. They looked at me suspiciously. "If you say so..." They turned, and walked, after muttering some inaudible words in Pen's ear. I felt my face start to heat up. After they turned around the corner, I glanced at Pen, breathing a sigh of relief. "What was that all about?!" I asked him, shocked. "They said I was the only one available and wanted me to be Icy's date to the festival so I had to look taken cause I didn't want to say no to them." He muttered. "Uh.. Okay." I coughed. What a believable story! I mean, it might be real... Oh whatever. Let's just go to the festival.

45 minutes later...

Pen's POV:
Icy, Pin, and Bubble were really watching me. I had to buy Pencil popcorn and stuff and share it with her. Now we were on a ride together, and they were still watching. Gee, can't they just leave? This is embarrassing. We got off, and Pencil was smiling like a kid at a candy store. I wonder why. "That was fun." She giggled. "Yeah." I sighed. "Let's go to the live music area." I felt so embarrassed having those girls watching us. They followed us like a bunch of creepy stalkers. I knew she was waiting for any chance to grab me. I sat as close as I could to Pencil. After a few moments, I heard the music change. It was a slow song. Of course. It HAD to be. I broke a sweat. Pencil acted shy. They were still watching. I could barely move. I saw couples getting up. I saw Icy making her way to me. She would ask me to dance in front of everyone, and of course, if I refused, everyone around us would be mad at me for not 'being a man.' It looks like this was up to me. I sighed. "Pencil..." I gulped. "Want to..." I stuttered. I was so shy. "D-dance?" I finally finished. She looked away. "..sure..." She replied. We walked up near all the other couples. She looked down at her shoes. I scratched the back of my neck, still sweating. Meanwhile, the music played and the lights fell.

*Somehow I'm falling under your spell*

I grabbed her hands. She looked up at me. Okay, Pen, be a man, and don't be scared. Step, turn, step, turn.. I kept on repeating in my head.

*Every moment, as long as you're mine!*

Finally, the song was over. The festival was closing. I had to walk Pencil home. But they better not follow us to our houses. Seriously. That would cross a line of privacy. I hoped I didn't have to kiss Pencil next. How could I do something so brave?! "So, uh, did you enjoy your time?" I asked her. She blushed. "It was the best date ever, Pen." She smiled. Finally those girls were gone. She smirked. "Best fake date I've ever been on." We laughed. I walked her home, in silence. "See you tomorrow." She smiled. "I love you." I muttered under my breath. "Pardon?" She asked. "See you." I smiled. I turned away. Wow. That was.... Amazing.
