"Getting out?" Steven asked. He stood on the bed and grabbed the edge of the hole in the ceiling, ripping it off and showing a large set of gears.
"Well. If anything it's a way out," Karin said, getting up beside him and yanking a large gear off, nearly falling off of the bed before she dropped it to the floor.
They peeled away gear after gear until they were met with a layer of tiles.
"I got this!!" Marcus shouted, he reached up and peeled one away, the others falling after and landing on his head.
"What's up there?" Lynda asked, they heard a loud alarm blaring as red illuminated the space above them.
"Only one way to find out," Steven said, jumping up and climbing out, helping the others after him.
Lynda felt a needle in her neck and froze up, as it pulled away she fell to the ground.
"Lynda!!" Karin shouted. She saw Steven grab her arm as they all ran ahead of her.
Including a tall figure with long white hair.
