“Taeyong-ah!? Mwo!? What are you doing here in Paris!?”
I never should've doubted my instincts.. “Hey.. How are you?” He chuckled awkwardly, now taking off his hood. “You colored your hair!? I mean-- Why are you here?” I raised my voice at, and he just scratched his nape sheepishly. “Well, uh.. I came here with my mom for a tour.” He answered and I did a stank face at him.
“Besides that, did you break up with Doyoung? Was that guy your boyfriend?” He asked me, and I smacked his head. “That was my friend, and no! I would never hurt Doyoung!” I told him, and he smiled. “I missed your tiny presence.” He patted my head, and I just smiled at him. “Araseo, I missed you too. Come on, let's go inside.”
That was surprisingly weird.. How many more new people will I meet here? We both went inside the mansion, and I noticed Mingyu in the window again.. Aish, that guy..
“Who's he?” He asked me forwardly, Taeyong just bowed at him before sitting on the couch. I settled my rabbit on the side, and sat down beside Taeyong. “Hey, I'm her friend back in Korea.” He introduced himself, and it looked like Mingyu couldn't believe his eyes.
“Oh, you must be Doyoung's friend too. I'm her brother.” Mingyu introduced himself as well. “Back to the topic, how long have you been here?” I asked him, furrowing my eyes at him. “Four days ago, we'll be leaving Paris two weeks after. And.. When will be your return to Korea?” I felt my heart pound when I heard that..
“Unsure, Eomma and appa didn't say anything yet.” Mingyu then replies, making me cringe at him. “Oh, well. You should hurry back, Doyoung's been so miserable without you.” Taeyong told me, and my gaze soften as he said that.
“What do you mean?”
“I mean, when we were still in school. He would just stare at blank spaces, he was so quiet throughout the past two years, he wasn't eating properly, and sometimes. He even cries all day.” My heart ached so painfully, what is he doing!? Is he trying to worry me to death!?
