Shiloh's POV
After we ran into my mother yesterday, the boys didn't allow me to leave the tour bus. I only left when they had a show to perform. Even then, I had to have a least two bodyguards around me. The boys didn't trust me around the streets of Rio, they felt that my mother could appear from anywhere and just steal me from them. I was laying on the couch with my head on the floor. The blood was rushing from my body to my head, giving me a slight headache.

I've been cooped up in the bus the whole while the boys have been at rehearsals for their show tonight. We were actually leaving Rio, and heading to Argentina. I was rolling on the floor back and forth out of boredom when the tour bus door opened. "That beat that you threw down was so sick!" It was Luke congratulating Ashton on I guess drumming. "I'm so bored!!!!" I screamed in annoyance as the boys halted their talking.

I glared over at them as they stared back at me, their mouths open. "Can I go outside? I feel like a person that's on house arrest." I spoke as Ashton furrowed his brows. "We don't want to lose you again, Shiloh. Can't you see that?" He asked as he walked over to me. I sat up and instantly grabbed my head. I sat up wait to fast. "Ow." I mumbled as I shook my head like a dog. "Ash.. Um... She has a point. You can't keep her inside the whole time on tour, it's not right." Michael butted in, and then cowered back in fear at Ashton's glare.

"Shiloh, you have to promise me you won't leave the bus. Just until we get this situation figured out." Ashton urged as I sighed. "But Ash, I'm alone here in the bus all day long. I don't have my phone so.. I don't have anyone to talk to.. And I can't stand watching television the whole day. I hate being stuck inside like this." I commented, as I looked up at him. His hand rubbed my cheek as he looked at me.

"Come on." He suddenly said, pulling away from me. "What? Where are we going?" I asked as I rushed after him out the bus with the other boys following. "We're going to the Brazilian court. We're winning this legal battle." Ashton seethed as my eyes widened. I looked over at the other three boys, and their eyes were wide too. We waited for the van to pull up and when it did, we all rushed inside.

The driver was confused when Ashton told him where we had to go. We eventually pulled up in front of the medium sized courthouse and Luke pulled me inside with them. "I need to see whatever judge is available." Ashton ordered, his hands on the desk. I got flashbacks of the day he accidentally admitted me to the psychiatric hospital. He had slammed his hands down the same way, angry that I was being taken away from him. "Uh, um.. Une momento!" The secretary yelled in fright and dashed away from us.

He soon came back with a man following behind him. "Hello, what seems to be the problem?" The man questioned, eyeing us. "Hi were 5 Seconds of Summer... And this is our adopted daughter Shiloh. Her birth mother is here in Rio, and her mother wants her back. Yes she has a job and a home.. We're always on tour and we're rarely home and ow!" Ashton hollered as Calum punched him in the arm.

"Stop giving him reasons to take Shiloh away from us!" Luke hissed as I frowned at Ashton. "Well, how long has she been under your custody?" He asked as he gestured for us to follow him into his office. "We adopted her in late February early March.. Somewhere around there." Calum answered as the judge nodded and turned to me. "How old are you now and how long were you in the orphanage for?" I quickly looked at the boys and then looked at the judge.

"I'm fifteen now, and I was in the orphanage since I was six years old. We ran into my father and he tried to kill me, because he made a promise to my mother that he'd keep on torturing me for my sisters death." I explained as the judges eyes widened. "And your mother wants you back after all that?" I nodded and silently pleaded that he'd agree with the boys and let me stay with them.

"Well, this would have to become a full on court case. Boys, do you mind spending another two weeks here in Rio? Is it possible to push back your tour?" The judge questioned as the boys immediately nodded. They didn't care about their fans rig now, they only cared about keeping custody of me. "Alright, well set the court date.. Wait out by the front desk please." The judge spoke as he opened the door for us. "I'm Judge Ramirez, by the way." They boys shook his hand and I just nodded toward him.
