My Hero - Scott

You were walking through the preserve to get some fresh air and just relax. The sun was starting to set you decided it would be best to go home before it got too dark to see. As you were walking you heard leaves and branches crunch behind you. You turned around quickly but no one was there.

You turned back around and started walking at a quicker pace. You heard crunching behind you again, so you started running as fast as you could. You didn't get too far before someone grabbed you and threw you onto the ground.

You looked up to see who your attacker was, it was Theo. He was looking down at you with that stupid evil smirk he always has on his face.

"What do you want Theo?!"

"You'll make the perfect bait for Scott. If you're missing he'll look for you, leading him to me."

You stood up and backed away from him a little, "No, stay away from me. Try anything and I'll scream. Scott told me to scream for him when I need him. He'll hear me. He'll get here fast."

Theo chuckled, "Do you really think that's going to work?"

"I know it's going to."

After speaking Theo just stared at you, to make it seem like he wasn't going to do anything, because he lunged at you after a few minutes of the stare-down. You kept your word to Theo and screamed, "SCOTT!! SCOTT HELP ME PLEASE!! I KNOW YOU CAN HEAR ME SCOTT!! SCOTT!!"

You had jumped out of the way before Theo could grab you and started running. You kept yelling Scott's name as you ran. As you were running you hit into someone and thought it was Theo who was able to get ahead of you.

You fell on the ground and tried to get away until you heard a familiar voice, "(Y/n) it's ok. It's ok. (Y/n) it's me."

You looked up and saw Scott, he put out his hand and you grabbed it. He pulled you to your feet and you hugged him so tightly as if he would disappear if you let go.

Theo was right on your trail after you ran and he was there in a matter of seconds. Scott pushed you behind him while keeping one hand your wrist. He growled and his eyes turned ruby red.

Theo knew he wasn't strong enough to take on Scott one on one. He looked at the two of you and smirked, "You were right (y/n), he does come when you scream for him. That's good to know."

With that he left and Scott turned to face you. He was worried, "Are you ok? Did he hurt you?"

"I'm fine, he didn't touch me."

He hugged you, "Thank god."

You looked up at him, "Scott he said it was good to know that you come to me when I scream for you. I'm scared what's he going to do to me?"

"He's not doing anything to you as long as I'm around. You'll be ok (y/n), I'm going to protect you."

You smiled at him, "Thank you Scott, my hero."

He smiled back, "You're welcome, my damsel in distress."
