Borderline Stalking - Liam

You were on your way home from your friend's house after spending a fun day together, but you were a little uneasy instead of happy. You had this weird feeling that you were being watched while you were at her house, and now you were paranoid. You just turned up the radio and tried to shake the feeling.

You pulled into your driveway and looked around before you got out of the car. You didn't see anything so you got out and began walking to the front door. As you were walking, you heard a slight movement in the bushes, so you immediately looked in that direction. It was dark outside, so you couldn't really see a anything from where you were standing. You picked up a large branch that had fallen from a tree near your driveway and slowly started walking towards the bushes.

You took a deep breath in, "If anyone's there you better leave or I'll call the cops!"

As you got closer, loud rustling came from the bushes, so you readied yourself and held up the branch you had grabbed, "I meant what I said!"

You were now right in front of the bushes, ready to look behind them, when all of a sudden someone popped up from behind them. You screamed and swung the branch, but they ducked right before you could hit them.

They spoke as they ducked, "(Y/n)! It's me!"

You were so scared that you didn't even pay attention and swung again, but they caught the branch this time, "(Y/n), relax! I'm not going to hurt you!"

Now you were forced to look at them since they had your branch in their hand. You recognized the person, it was Liam.

You knew Liam from school, but you didn't know him that well. You would consider each other acquaintances only because you were good friends with Mason. But, over the past few days, Liam had been following you around closely, made sure he was wherever you were, and made it a priority to talk to you. At first you thought he just wanted to be better friends, but now it was just weird.

You took the branch from his hand and threw it on the ground, "What the hell Liam?!"

"I didn't mean to scare you."

"What are you doing at my house?! Hiding behind the bushes?!"

"I know this seems really weird, but I—,"

You cut him off, "Weird?! Liam you've been following me around school every chance you get, you're always watching me, you keep checking up on me like every hour, and now you're following me around outside of school. This is borderline stalking!"

He walked out from behind the bushes, causing you to take a step back, "(Y/n) that is definitely not what I am trying to do."

"Then what are you trying to do?"

He sighed, "If I tell you, you won't believe me."

You scoffed and rolled your eyes, "Wow, real nice excuse."

"No," he gave an exasperated sigh, "okay I'll tell you, but please try and keep an open mind."

"I'll try my best."

"Okay, so you know about supernatural myths and stuff like that? Well, they're real, werewolves are real, and there are so many other supernatural creatures that are real. And right now there's a supernatural threat here in Beacon Hills called the Dread Doctors. They take people and they turn them into supernatural creatures that break the laws of nature, and my friends and I are pretty sure they did something to you."

You just looked at him in complete disbelief before taking another step back, "Yeah I think I should call the police."

He took a step forward, "Wait wait, no! I can prove it. I can show you I'm not crazy because I'm a werewolf."

"You're a werewolf?"

"Yes, I'm going to show you."

You scoffed, "Go ahead."

You watched as Liam closed his eyes and opened them to reveal glowing golden ones. Your gasped and covered your mouth as his teeth became fangs and his fingernails became claws. You also saw his face gain some animalistic features. You just looked at him in disbelief as he stood there fully transformed for a short time before fully turning back to his human self.

You tried to speak, but all you could say was, "No."

"(Y/n) please don't be afraid, my friends and I just want to help you."

You took a deep breath and composed yourself so you could speak again, "This is crazy. There's no way," you stopped as it seemed to be on command that your nose started bleeding.

You brought the back of your hand up to your nose to stop it, but Liam walked up to you and moved your hand away, "I knew it."

"What?", you looked at your hand and saw a silver substance instead of blood. Your eyes became wide and you just looked at Liam horrified.

"Hey, (y/n), listen to me. You're going to be okay, we're going to help you. I'll get Scott here and we'll figure everything out."

"Scott McCall? He's a werewolf too?"

"Yeah, he's my alpha."

"With everything that's happened in the past, that makes sense," you trailed off and paused before continuing, "so wait what is he going to do?"

"Well, he could bite you and turn you into a real werewolf."

"So I'm supposed to learn about the supernatural, find out I'm a fake supernatural creature, get bit by a werewolf and turn into one all on the same night?!"

"Well I don't mean to alarm you—,"

You cut him off, "Oh I'm already alarmed."

"Well then I don't mean to alarm you anymore, but Scott may need to bite you tonight. It could mean life or death."

"Okay, so let's add finding out I could die if I don't get bit to the list of crazy things I found out tonight."

"Well, what do you want to do?"

You sighed and then looked at Liam, "Get Scott over here because I'd rather not die. But, only if you promise me one thing."

"Yeah, anything."

"You're going to help me figure this out. I don't want to be left in the dark with all this."

"Of course, you didn't even need to ask. I'm going to help you every step of the way, and so is Scott and the rest of the pack."

"So you'll be right there with me?"

"Always."

"Okay, lets do this then."

Liam took out his phone, but you spoke again right before he called Scott, "One more thing."

"Yeah?"

"Just because I want you with me through this doesn't mean I want you stalking me anymore."

He couldn't help but laugh a little, "Okay okay, understood."

Liam preceded to call Scott, and he came over in a matter of minutes with his best friend Stiles. They explained more about the supernatural before Scott bit you and turned you.

As you were working on controlling your powers and learning how to use them, Liam was always there to help you. He kept his promise and made sure you were never alone in this new chapter of your life.

You both became very close because of this, making Mason a little jealous that you spent so much time with Liam now. Although he was jealous, Mason did take this opportunity to play match maker and persistently suggest you go out. So, you did go out together, which turned into a full on relationship.

You never told Liam, but you actually were happy that he followed you home that night.

Hey so I just did a super long assignment and my brain is kinda fried so I'm sorry if this sucks. I think it's kinda good and kinda cute but I do know it's not the best. But I hope you enjoyed it anyway.
