Alexander Nylander

Wearing tight and short outfits were never Y/N's thing until she got Into cheerleading. Then they became her outfit of choice. She loved the outfits so much because they meant she got to be with her team, her second family and that was her favourite place to be. Well, other than with her boyfriend Alex. With him was one of her favourite places to be but he is in Sweden with his family.
"Hey," Y/N's teammate Jenna says passing by her in the dressing room.
"Hey," Y/N says fixing her ribbon in her hair.
"We've gotta go out soon. Are you ready?"
"Oh, as I'll ever be." She smiles rubbing her lips together. Today was the day of one of the biggest competitions in her cheerleading career. This would mean that their group qualifies for nationals and that would be her dream.
In a circle behind the stage Y/N's team are warming up and running through the routines.
"THE SUN COMES UP
ITS A NEW DAY
RANGERS CHEERLEADERS ARE HERE TO SAY
WE'VE GOT GAME IN EVERY WAY
WE CAN STUNT
WE CAN TUMBLE
WHEN WE STOMP
FEEL THE GROUND RUMBLE
SO, GOOD MORNING
HOWDY
ITS A BEAUTIFUL DAY
RANGERS! RANGERS! ALL THE WAY!!" They chant before heading into the stage.
Standing off in the crowd with his older brother and younger sister is Y/N's boyfriend Alex.
"She looks beautiful." He whispers in awe of his beautiful girlfriend. To him she looks so beautiful in her outfit but, she looks beautiful all the time.
Up on stage Y/N gets into her routine and loses herself in the song and movements. By the end of it she is covered in a thin layer of sweat but could she care less? Nope! Y/N was having the time of her life up on stage with her crew.
"We nailed it!" A couple of her teammates say as soon as they get off stage.
"We did amazing!!" She exclaims and it isn't long until they are called up on stage.
"Y/N did so well!" Jackie says excitedly.
"She did! I'm so proud of her," Alex gushes looking at his little sister.
"I never knew she could move like that. Well... I didn't know anyone could move like that." Will says nodding his head in approval.
"Watch it! That's my girlfriend," Alex warns his brother. Will puts his hands up in defence.
"She's like a sister to me. Don't worry Alex," he says. "All I'm saying is she can move!"
"You better be only saying that!" Jackie laughs at her two brothers.
"Welcome one and all to the national qualifier. We have some amazing groups here today but only the top two in each age group will qualify for the Nationals today. Can we start with the age groups 4-7." After a while they finally get to the 15-20 year olds.
"In third place we have the Westway Wildcats." Multiple applause sound as the group looks very disappointed. "Second place goes to the Mildmay Mariners." Once again applause sound throughout the room. "And in first place and advancing further are the Y/CT/N!" Y/N felt like she was on top of the world as her group raced up to accept the trophy.
"WE DID IT!" Her teammate screams in her ear.
"WE DID! WE DID!" She screams back.
"GO BABY!" Alex yells trying to project his voice enough so she can see him.
"Alex?" She asks in shock picking the blond out. She looks at her teammates and then points him out in the crowd. As soon as they're free to go Y/N fights through the crowd to find Alex.
"Alex!!" She screams running towards him. He opens his arms for her to jump in them.
"Hey superstar! You did amazing!" He whispers spinning her around. She lets out a happy sob into his neck. "Why are you crying?" He asks worriedly. Was she upset he came? Was she hurt? What was going on?
"I'm just so happy to see you. I didn't think I'd see you for at least another month." She whispers in his ear not trusting her voice to say anything too loud.
"Aww baby doll. I thought it would be a good idea to come back early and surprise you. After all you come to all of my games the least I can do is be here for your competition." He kisses her head.
"I'm so happy you came!" Y/N notices Will and Jackie as well. She lets go of Alex and gives each of them a hug.
"You guys came too?" She asks.
"Of course! We wouldn't miss this," Jackie says smiling.
"Well thank you! That means a lot to me."
"So, are your parents here?" Alex asks looking around for her parents. Y/N shakes her head.
"They couldn't make it today. I wish they could've but I understand, they promised to make it to my next one." She smiles.
"Well then, I guess we can get out of here then. Would you like to go for lunch with us?" He asks.
"I would love to my dear Alexander." She giggles taking on a posh British accent.
"You're lucky you're cute and I love you."
"I love you too, thank you for coming."
