"You're hair is gorgeous, I don't know why you don't wear it straightened more often." Lydia ran her brush through my silky, brunette hair.
"Time. Effort that I don't have." I shrugged popping a piece of chewing gum into my mouth.
"Anyway. You're all ready."She smiled bending down in front of me. ''Thanks!'' I smiled sitting up and looking in the mirror. ''Woah- how did you do this?! Thank you!'' I exclaimed quickly giving her a tight hug. Because of my moms death when I was only seven and her falling ill when I was even younger I didn't get much girly time with her. Being that young meant she couldn't teach me how to do makeup, talk about boyfriends or help me through girly times. My dad was an amazing dad but I guess it would of been nice to also have a mother figure in my life.

''It's just a bit of makeup and hair straightners, you don't really need it all but it's just going to give Liam that extra boost to definatly come to the party.'' Lydia told me. At first I was in a little denial, I mean why should I change myself for somebody else, but with a little persuading from the pack I eventually gave in.

''Do you think this is gonna work?'' I breathed out. ''Yep. I'm sure of it, anyway, the bell's about to go- let's go.'' Lydia put her makeup bag and straighteners (yes she brought them to school) back into her school bag before we walked out of the girls bathroom, where Scott, Stiles, Kira and Malia appeared from.

''How-'' before Stiles could even start speaking the bell rang and somebody pushed me forward as I nervously stepped towards the bottom of the stairs.

I cannot beleieve they actually persuaded me to do this.

My eyes suddenly landed on Liam who was already walking with another boy, I regognised as Mason from my gym and advanced mathematics. Liam's glistening blue eyes landed on me as I knew I had to approach him. My heart seriously felt like it was going to pound out of my chest and I knew that Scott was probably listening to it.

''Hey Liam.'' I smiled softly walking over. ''Hi Mason.'' I then spoke. ''Hey.'' Liam seemed a little confused, ''can I talk to you for a second?''

''Yeah- sure.'' He was quick to usher his friend away as my hand came up to my hair, twisting it around my finger slowly. ''So- I was wondering if you wanted to come to this party with me tonight?'' My plump lips pursed together but I let them go remembering Lydia telling me not to or my lipstick might smudge.

I really hope it hasn't smudged.

''T-tonight?'' Liam stammered. ''Yeah.'' I smiled, attempting to look sweet and not too creepy. ''Alright, where abouts?'' He questioned as my heart thumped harder. Oh crap, I wasn't him expecting me to question it.

''Uh at Lydia Martin's boat house- loads of people are going.'' I explained. ''Oh- alright, I'll come.'' He smiled.

''Okay- we'll pick you up at 6..''

Kira thankfully picked me and Liam up, since neither of us could drive yet, we were only 15 so it was the only way of getting a ride there. ''Where exactly is this?'' Liam questioned as Kira drove us through some woods, ''oh, we're close.'' She responded as I began feeling the effects of the full moon. I'm sure Liam was too, despite the radio being on a low volume it was making my ears super sensitive, and I was beginning to feel like I was loosing control.

''Your brother and Scott came up to me earlier again.'' Liam spoke as I took a quick glance towards Kira who mirrored my actions. ''They did?''

''Yeah, S-scott said something weird about..'' His breath laboured a little as he ran his hands through his spiky hair. ''You okay?'' I mumbled trying to hide the effects I was feeling. ''Yeah, yeah.. He said something like.. We're brothers of something creepy- I don't know.'' He breathed out as I mentally cursed. ''Oh.. That's weird.'' I responded quietly as he hummed nodding.
