Two days had passed since the whole full moon incident, and I was glad. Scott was even teaching me how to strengthen my skills. Of course I don't know when they would come in handy, because Stiles wouldn't exactly let me go out and suddenly start fighting against all these supernatural creatures, but Scott told me how one day 'he's just going to have to accept that you're a member of the pack and that we need you.' I was kind of excited to hear that really, it sounds stupid but I felt rebellious, going behind my brothers back.

Liam didn't turn up to school yesterday, but when he came in this morning he looked super sketchy and it was obvious he was hiding something. His heart rate was also super fast, like constantly, all the time. It didn't stop.

We were in the middle of gym about to do rock climbing competitions when his heart rate got so fast and loud it was seriously distracting. The minute I took a look towards the boy, he bowed his head and rushed back into the locker room. I let out a sigh, knowing I would miss a competition that I would actually have a good chance at winning, before chasing Liam into the changing room where his laboured breaths were loud.

''Liam.'' I spoke walking over to the angered boy whos back was arched and facing the wall. ''Liam, calm down. It's alright.'' I walked forward a little too quickly because he turned around and let out a low growl facing me.

''Fantastic.'' I felt my teeth grind together before I gave him a harsh growl back. Liam's yellow eyes reflected back into mine. ''I know what's happening to you, it's happened to me as well, just think of something like your mom- or your step-dad.'' I took a little step back as Liam's chest rose and fall faster than usual.

For a second a look of confusion took over his face. ''Liam, think about someone close to you alright.'' I seriously wasn't prepared to wolf out on him, I knew that would make the situation worse- for now I tried to make him find his anchor. Honestly, I was scared because I knew he also had anger issues which he could lash out at any second.

He looked to have some kind of war with himself, fighting over whether he should calm down or not.

''Hey-'' I heard coach shout out as my eyes widened walking over. ''Coach, Liam's upset right down.'' I lowered my voice as I rushed over to the lockers so he couldn't get over to the shower cubical where Liam was currently wolfing out.

Coach groaned looking towards me, ''Stilinski make him better and hurry out here.'' he inpatiently spoke. ''Right- uh got it.'' I spun into the lockers, accidently hitting my arm letting out an 'ow' before spinning the right way to walk back to Liam as the coach simply rolled his eyes, making his way back to where everybody was in the gym.

I winced before walking back over to the now human form Liam Dunbar as I hesitated to walk over to him. My sensitive ears heard the grinding of his teeth as I cringed at the noise. ''Sorry.'' Liam quietly mumbled as I frowned. ''Why are you sorry? Don't be sorry, Liam, you did good!'' I walked over as his glassy blue eyes met mine. ''What do you mean?''

''Well the first time I wolfed out, it didn't exactly end like this.'' I chuckled softly at the memory. ''Why, what happened?'' He questioned, my eyes meeting his for a second. ''Well I was basically chained up in the middle of the woods and knocked out.'' I shrugged. ''What- why?'' I heard him softly snicker. ''I couldn't find my anchor, while you did.'' I explained.

''Anchor?''

''Yeah, it's somebody you think about that makes you have control over yourself or it distracts you. Who were you thinking about?'' I pursed my lips together, ''well.. My dad.'' He rubbed his arm. ''Oh.. Well mines my mom.'' I nodded, deciding not to question him on it.
