Whilst the couple in front of me remaniced about their history together and confessed their strong love for each other I paced about on the wet concrete a couple meters away from them.

''Look as cute as you two are- there's still two people still in there.'' I breathed out, kicking my foot against the pavement in fustration.

-------

''The book allows the reader to remember the dread doctors- so if you've seen them or if they've done something to you- will help you to remember them.'' Lydia explained.
''Yeah, but how?'' I furrowed my eyebrows in confusion.

''It clears the memory centers of the brain.'' She responded as I nodded, ''so.. What does all this mean?'' Kira still seemed a little puzzled as Lydia and Stiles spent a good half hour explaining everything Valack had told them.

''Basically..'' Stiles opened his mouth to speak but was cut off as Scott picked up his bag in response to the bell ringing. ''I'm sure things will... Settle.''

''How are we supposed to know that?!'' Stiles called out in annoyance as he stood up also grabbing his rucksack.

''I'll see you guys later.'' I quietly spoke before slipping over to History class. I was dreading seeing Liam for some reason, it was making me anxious having to come face to face with him- I mean we had spent a whole day avoiding each other- well I was the one avoiding him you could say.

Breathing out, I headed into the classroom, taking a seat towards the very back as I kept my head down, Liam sliding into the chair next to me.

''Hey-'' He called out, ''we need to talk, why have you been ignoring my calls and texts?'' Liam frowned as I looked up to face him. ''I haven't exactly had my phone.''

''Still you ignored me all day yesterday.'' He spoke, his voice hinting towards a side of disgust as I felt my heart shatter. ''I'm so-'' I was about to speak before I realised what happened days earlier, he lied to me. Liam breathed out, rolling his eyes a little before they softened landing back on me.

''It's okay- I just need to explain things to you.. Let me walk you home tonight?'' He questioned as my stomach fluttered turning down and nodding.

-----------

Scanning the crowd my eyes landed on a impatient looking Liam who tapped his foot, holding his hood over his face to avoid the sheeting rain hitting his face. Rushing over I didn't even notice I dropped a book before a voice called out to me, ''hey Stilinski.'' I paused noticing Theo holding out one of my English text books. ''You really need to stop dropping your things.'' His lips picked up into a smirk as I swallowed awkwardly. ''Oh.. Thanks.'' I quietly responded not turning up face him again before rushing back over to Liam who looked more pissed off than earlier.

''Liam, stop it.'' I spoke watching my boyfriend stare down Theo as his eyes didn't break from the boy as I turned over my shoulder to see Theo smirking before carrying on walking.

''Something going on with him?'' He questioned as my jaw dropped a little, ''don't be ridiculous- you said you wanted to talk?'' Despite changing the conversation I couldn't help but hear the sarcasm dripping off my  own voice.

Liam breathed out, seemingly to breath in as I couldn't help but feel a little hurt. Why did he not seem to trust me? I could sense the unease on him and decided to point it out.

''If it's anybody who should be feeling on the edge right now Liam it's me, explain what the hell is going on.''

''Well where do you want me to start?'' He sassed back as I frowned towards him, my tolerence only becoming smalle and smaller by each word he spoke.
