It was going so well, but something went wrong. Like always. I walked out, and I spotted her in the crowds. Sitting in the dead center. I tried to ignore her icy gaze, but it kept burning holes in me, so I tried to quickly make it backstage.
I was too slow. I heard the sound of the clicking. And the bang. Then the impact. I don't know what happened next, my legs just bucked under me and I fainted as the last sound I heard was Dan calling my name.
