Today is Dan's birthday.
I really didn't know what to get him, so I just bought an album, The Origin of Symmetry by Muse. I knew it was one of his favorite bands, posters all over the walls and clothing hanging around. It was really hard to get too, having Louise wheel me around town. It was so embarrassing, so many people looking at me. I hope one day I could actually walk again. He probably forgot who they were too, so maybe bringing some music back for him would do some good.
Whilst getting ready for his birthday, I decided to pop some music into the speakers.

I pulled on a somewhat-formal outfit, and wheeled out of my room.
As I pushed open the door to Dan's room, I saw he was asleep. Pulling up next to him, I put down the letter I had pre-wrote and the gifts. I sent him one last glance, and wheeled out, my band turning the darkest shade of pink, just for a second.
