"Well, well, well," A voice sounded behind me.
"It looks like your little boyfriend decided to come visit you."
"He's not my boyfriend!" I fired back.
She smirked. "Not like that matters."
Dan was standing before her, fear evident in his eyes. His eyes turned somewhat colorless. Then he looked around the room, seeing his friends all tied together, huddling in a circle.
I was struggling still, trying to get out of the ropes. I felt the burns cutting at my wrists but that didn't matter.
"Now, now, let's play a game," my mum said, an evil twinkle in her eyes. "I've shot Dan with a serum, where he is under my control. Dan, stand next to me."
Dan, who's eyes used to be full of life and color, seemed dull, and just a plain brown color. My mum handed him a gun. "Shoot one," she commanded. Dan lifted up the gun and put his finger on the trigger.
