It's not possible. I shook my head. "Excuse me?"
He stared at me again. "I asked, who's Dan?"
I sighed sadly. It was true. Dan had lost his memory.
"Y-you're Dan," I stuttered.
He looked at me confused. "Can you help me? I don't remember a thing except waking up here."
So I told him. I told him how I had been kicked out by my mum, how he found me in the park, how he took me to his job, how I got shot, and how he got taken away.
He stared at me weirdly. "Phil?" He asked, looking at the giant teddy bear.
My eyes widened. "How-" I shook my head. "How did you know?"
"Know what?"
"My name?"
He scratched the back of his neck. "I don't even know. It just came to me."
"A-alright, I'll check on you in a few days or tomorrow, okay?" I stumbled over my words.
Dan nodded, and I pushed open the door.
Pulling out my phone, I texted Louise.

My band pulsed navy blue for just a heartbeat.
A/N: Part 50, that means we're 2/3 the way there! Wow
