   (SHAWN'S POV)

"Wait, but I wanna go back!" (Y/N) cries tugging at my shirt.

"No you don't (Y/N) you need to get rest." I sigh regretting taking her to this party that Brian threw.

I leave her for 3 minutes to go to the restroom and come back to see her drunk. She ran away from me and I found her in the restroom, hunched over and vomiting half her organs out.

She's a lightweight.

"Stop telling me what to do!" She yells, ripping her arm off of my hold.

"No, we're going home. I'm tired of having to babysit you all the time when you get drunk." I retort, taking her wrist and pulling her to the car.

"Why can't I stay? You can leave." She bargains tripping over her feet.

"Cause if I leave, you'll suck faces with that guy I saw you with." I growl, growing impatient of her.

"But at least he doesn't control me like you do, he'll probably let me live instead of holding me back!" She slurs, holding onto a car.

"Fine then, go. But don't call me when you need a ride home." I snarl.

She rolls her eyes wobbling back to the house which is only a few steps from my car.

I grunt getting in and driving away.

(Y/N) always does this shit to me. I feel bad leaving her but she's the one that is telling me not to hold her back from living her life. But living your life isn't about drinking and having sex.

Sometimes, I know this is wrong to say but she's like a lost cause. She doesn't know what to do or where to go.

But she's my lost cause, and sadly I'm fed up with how she's been acting.

I met her in math class 4 years ago in high school. She was the popular girl that all the boys wanted and all the girls were jealous of.

And then there was me. The normal kid that had his grades up and laid low in high school. I had a tight group of friends but they were true to themselves and that's what made them so special.

We met because her grades were dropping and I was assigned to tutor her.

She was really snobby in the first months and I know this sounds really cheesy but I began to see who she really is and we started dating.

But lately, she's been distance and going out to parties a lot. I know I shouldn't be thinking anything of that, but I have my fears of her leaving me.

She makes me as whole as I make her, if that makes any sense.

I sigh, leaning back on my seat and continue driving home.

It's one in the morning and (Y/N) still not to be heard of.

I rub my face and pick up my phone to see if she texted me, but no messages.

Getting up, I go to the foyer and grab the keys to my car but the door swings open and a light breeze fans my face.

I see Amanda, (Y/N)'s best friend holding on to (Y/N) like she's about to slip out of her grasp.

I immediately grab (Y/N)'s arm and help her to the couch. But holding her so close, there's a faint scent of cologne and it's not mine.

Setting her down on the couch, I turn and glare at Amanda.

"What?" She asks, going to the closet to grab a spare blanket to cover (Y/N).

"What happened at the party?" I growl, grabbing my phone from my pocket, to see it blow up with notifications.

I open my Twitter to see a photo of (Y/N) on some guy and she clearly looks like she's enjoying what she's doing.

I quip around to Amanda showing her the photo that broke whatever we had left.

Her face pales as she looks at me sheepishly.

  "About that." She nervously laughs.

"Save it, I'm tired of you having to make excuses for her mistakes." I seethe
Turning around and walking out the door.
