"I miss you - after all that we've been through I never told you that I do - I miss you."

"Iliana, are you doing drugs?"

I shot Asher a scowl while glancing back over at Silas who seemed deep in thought, he was staring at his hands that were covered in dirt, raising so many questions inside of me that I knew I shouldn't ask.

Things were already too complicated and I didn't want to make matters worse.

My mind has literally went off the edge of reality, I've completely lost it but for some reason I was fine with that.

Everything has become so dark to me, I've lost so many hours of sleep and can't seem to put my finger on reality.

I felt so sick, like all the life has been drained out of me. I look in the mirror and my jaw drops. My hair was darker and my eyes looked dead. My skin was pale and I looked like I was the living dead.

I walk back into my room and hiss at the light that's seeped in through my curtains. I sigh out and grab a black hoodie, heading out for the evening.

The sun burned, but the wind was cold as I made my way down the sidewalk of my street, kicking rocks along the way.

My mind in a frenzy again

An ambulance sped past and that's when I blacked out.

The black hoodie I had threw on was gone, leaving me in my sweat pants and white t shirt that was covered in blood.

I glance around and notice I was back at the abandoned base. I search around and jump to my feet, racing towards the woods.

I ran fast and jumped over tree branches, I needed to get far away.

What the heck did I do?

Tears streamed down my face and I spun around, the air still nipping at my skin. My pulse was racing and I felt like I was ready to explode.

My legs gave out and I crumbled to the ground, lying there while staring up at the sky that was darkening.

I lie there for god knows how long until I hear footsteps. I move over onto my side and gaze around before my eyes land on something white.

Biting my lip I reframe from gasping when a huge white wolf walked out from the trees, his head held low as its eyes stared into my own.

I hiss out and throw myself backwards, almost like an instinct while staring at the beast. It didn't feel like I was controlling my body any more.

The wolf despite my hiss continued forward until it stood tall in front of me, his nose grazing across my face as he sniffed me. He sniffed at my neck then down to my shirt that was covered in blood.

The creature moved back a bit and inspected me, maybe I was sleep smoking crack.

Was that even a thing?
