"We found him! These pirates spotted the Avatar!" Zuko explains quickly as Ren and I walk in.

"Really?" I ask, unsure of the truthfulness these thieves held.

"Yes Missy" a large pirate- most likely the captain sneers. "I suggest you keep your mouth shut and you can get the monk."

Glaring at the pirate, I grip his wrist "And I suggest if you want to keep your hand, you stop talking, and do as you are told." The man cries out, pulling his slightly burned hand back.

"You really need to stop doing that" Zuko sighs, shaking his head.

"I will once you stop looking for the Avatar" I note, silencing him.

"Come on!" Grandpa calls "We must prepare for our journey!"

~~~~~
Breathe.
Pressing my index and middle finger together, I feel the energy begin to form. "Make sure to jump this time" Zuko growls before charging me.
Instantly, I duck as a stream of fire goes over my head.  Sneering, I shoot one hand out, the two fingers releasing a small jolt of electricity at Zuko's feet, making him stumble.
Kicking my feet, he falls to the ground with a thud.
I step forward to declare our short training session over, but my feet are also kicked out from under me.
Gasping, I hit the deck of the ship.
"You really need to stop doing that move" Zuko growls from above me, a fire whip in hand.
"Perhaps this instead" I snap, fire bursting from my feet, and thrusting me away from Zuko. Standing up, I shoot my fist forward, a fire stream going right towards him.
Throwing up a fire shield, the fire fades away into the air.
I raise my arms, ready to release another blast, but a hand is placed on my shoulder.
Turning, I look down at Grandpa.
"Is there something you need Grandpa?" I question, Zuko walking up to us.
"I would like to teach you a new move, or at least let you try it out" he states.
"The Dragon's Breath?" I urge, eyes wide.
"No."
"Then what?" I ask, a frown settling.
"Lightning redirection" he smiles proudly. "I'll be watching" Zuko states calmly, moving to the edge of the ship.
"Now, do you remember the forms I mentioned?" he asks.
"Yes" I state "Absorb through the arm, through the stomach, and out the other arm."
"Very good Azara, now, are you ready to try this move?" Grandpa questions, eyebrows raised.
"Yes, let's do this!" I cheer, cracking my knuckles. My celebration is cut short by the serious glance sent to me by Grandpa.
"Right, serious" I sigh, taking a stance.
Moving his arms around, Grandpa forms lightning, the blue sparks popping around him. Pointing his finger at me, he shoots the lightning, a large crackle booming through the air.
Taking a breath, I hold out one arm. The electricity grabs my arm, the power pushing me back. My eyes bulge at the power coursing through me. Down to the stomach. Moving my arm down, the power flows through me gently. With the flick of my other arm, the lightning escapes from my arm, and into the sky.
"Azara" Grandpa whispers, arm on my shoulder "Are you alright?"
"That was..amazing" I smile brightly, hugging Grandpa tightly.
"Just don't go around asking people to shoot you with lightning" he grins.
"Alright, can we head out? It's almost dusk" Zuko grumbles, pushing himself forward, and towards the door leading under deck.
"Yes, I'll get my armor" I note, quickly rushing towards my room.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~

"Shouldn't we stop to search the woods?" the captain asks, looking at Zuko and I.

"We don't need to stop. They stole a waterbending scroll, right?" Zuko states, the captain nodding quickly.

"Then they'll be on the water" he notes, his eyes trailing the shore.

"And when we find the boy and his friends, don't underestimate them" I state to both men, keeping my attention forward.

"Oh shoot! Ugh! Work with me water!" a voice cries out angrily.

Katara.

"Dock, we can catch them on foot" Zuko sneers, calling out to the captain of our own ship.

~~~~~~~
I follow beside my cousin as the pirates march ahead.
"You do not hurt the Water Tribe siblings, you understand?" I snap, glaring at my cousin. "I will do what I have to Azara, and I won't let anyone get in the way."
"No! Let go of me!" Katara screams as we enter the clearing. She turns, running away from the men, and right towards us.
Gasping, she is caught by Zuko, who glares at her with a smirk "I'll save you from the pirates."
