"Zuko!" I hiss. "Where are you taking me!"

Pulling me into an alleyway by the apartment, he thrusts a piece of paper towards me. My brows furrow as I quickly read it. "Appa's missing?" I whisper, glancing up to my cousin.

"It means that the Avatar is here, in Ba Sing Se" Zuko states, his old habits rising.

"Zuko" I state sharply, "You can't go hunting for the Avatar here. If we were to be caught, even the White Lotus would be useless in protecting us."

"Do you want to be trapped in this city forever?" he asks. "Or do you want to go back to your nation?"

"Do you really think your father is going to welcome you back with open arms?" I growl.

A sneer hooks onto the top of his gums. "You didn't answer the question.

Looking down, I bite my lip. Did I really want to stay here? Living in fear for the rest of my life. Or did I want to go back to a Nation that hated me just the same, if not more. I was tired. Tired of running and fighting with my cousin. The days before left me even more drained, and all I wanted to do was to be safe.

"I'm so tired Zuko" I sigh, resting my face in my hands. "I'm done fighting. I'm sorry."

Frowning, he takes my hand. "Come on, let's get you home."

Nodding, we quickly continue to the apartment. Once we walk in, Grandpa sends us a kind smile. "So, I was thinking about names for my new tea shop. How about the Jasmine Dragon? It's dramatic, poetic, has a nice ring to it."

"That sounds lovely" I grin, glancing over to my cousin.

"The Avatar is here in Ba Sing Se and he's lost his bison" Zuko explains, holding up the poster.

Taking the flyer, Grandpa sighs. "We have a chance for a new life here. If you start stirring up trouble, we could lose all the good things that are happening for us."

"Have you ever thought that I want more from life than a nice apartment and a job serving tea?" my cousin asks with a solid frown.

"There is nothing wrong with a life of peace and prosperity. I suggest you think about what it is that you want from your life and why."
