Eros' arrow has missed me by an inch

Away came a breeze that caused me to flinch

The golden arrow bothered not with me

For I have already found my psyche

She shook the very core of my manhood

Teenager in love before her I stood

She pierced into my soul with her jade eyes

A road that has more hellos than goodbyes

Suddenly war and wealth were worth no dime

Not to follow her white veil is a crime

A blindfold on my mind suddenly dropped

To see the queen mother once for has hoped
