I walk amongst the fall of deadly trees

A shadow between the lights of pure hope

The symphony of time plays through the leaves

I listen carefully to every note

The lips of blue shook something in my core

The empty space left behind as time ends

The rose of black, once dancing, now it bends

The emptiness goes on forever more

I walk upon the twigs that break my bones

The cracks beneath my feet are intriguing

Down comes the rain and dances on the stones

The symphony of time keeps on playing

I close my eyes and your stare still haunts me

The world's my grave for you won't let me be
