Sonnet #28

Her pearly skin shone the rays of the sun

Bullet eyes spoke rarely to anyone

The smokes of mercy escaped her lips' gun

I knew then I would look at no one else

My broken wing she held under her lure

This touch of hers bellowed she's insecure

It hit me then she's searching for a cure

That would suffice her tender majesty

One look into her soul; I'm mesmerized

Her playful heart had took me by surprise

The warmth that she conceals behind her eyes

Would keep me up all night for years to come

But away she went, never looking back

Cursed became my life under her attack
