Chapter 8 - The Same One

I gasp for breath and I am swimming hard to get back to shore. "Mortal run get out here!" I hear. I turn to see Fallacy there and my heart beat gets faster. I turn back to see Eterna and vampire hunters galore. I see Lord Dream watching me and he smiles. I tear up and smile before activating my magic to protect Fallacy. I kill off my fellow mortals and leave Eterna extremely injured I lean down to her and she looks frightened. "I will never forget no matter how hard you shall try." I say softly and gently before knocking her out. I turn to see Fallacy and run towards him with tears streaming down my face as I hold him close to me. The horrible memories slowly slip away. I smile while hugging him. "Hey, I am alright now. Why are you crying?" Fallacy asks me. "I am just so happy, that w-... You are alright, I was scared of losing you." I say before quickly adding on "Because no one deserves to just die, without reason right?" He nods and then says "You do know I am a Vampire correct." "Well yeah, Eterna was trying to kill you." I say while blushing.

Fallacy blushes as he is watching my face. His blush is a bright yellow. 'I had forgotten how kind he was, how he blushed, that small smile he always gives when I smile at him. Why did he have to become so cruel in the previous timeline?' I think with tears in my eyes as the hateful memoties begin to fade. "What is your name?" He asks. "My name is Encre! And yours?" I say standing up to see where he is injured. "My name is Fallacy, Encre." Fallacy says and I think 'I knew that, but you forgot everything and I know everything that is about to happen.' "Bite into me." I state with an ordering tone. I hear Lord Dream gaging on his own breath. "What?" Fallacy says blushing. 'Yes, I just said that...' I think before saying "Bite into me, you are injured, you big dumby." I state with a gentle glare. Fallacy gently bites into me and I feel him sucking ever so gently. 'Why am I being turned on by this?' I think and Lord Dream is continuing to choke on air.

Fallacy seems to not notice this. 'My body is eight maybe nine years of age, but my mind is still of a forty-two year old mortal, I hope I can give Fallacy what he wants this time around.' I think as he lets go of me. His eyes open and I am looking straight into his eyes I see a lust there but then it disappears. 'Has he always felt lust for me, even while I was this young... Is that why he bit me and sent me and Lord Dream to that universe? He knows about the timelines...' I think then request "Can you turn me into a vampire?" His eyes light up and then I know for certain then. 'He has been waiting for me to remember timelines.' I think and Fallacy's eyes widen. A tear rolls down my cheek as I lean forwards. I kiss him gently and I hear Lord Dream sigh and then I can no longer sense him. Fallacy is looking at me with wide eyes. "You remember?" He asks. I smile softly and nod as more tears leak from my eyes. He pulls me close and just holds me. "Then why?" Fallacy asks. "I realized what you wanted, what you were searching for... And that I will always love you." I answer holding onto him.

"Encre... What are you doing?" I hear Eterna ask. I go to turn my head and then I feel Fallacy bite into me harshly. I gasp and hear Eterna scream "NO!!!!" 'It hurts...' I think then I am filled with a huge amount of warmth. I feel my heart slowing down and I become frightful. I feel it stop and my breath thins and I feel cold suddenly. I lean into Fallacy while closing my eyes. I feel Fallacy licking my neck gently as I am gasping for air. He is rubbing my back before I feel my magic activating and I feel myself growing suddenly. I open my eyes and I look at him. He looks surprised and I feel tears leaking from my eyes as I think 'He will never love me like this... It is going to happen again... No... No... I will not let this happen, no!' Fallacy grabs onto me and just holds me close. "No... Do not think like that. Do not dare to." Fallacy says holding onto me.

I feel myself starting to shake and sob as I hold onto him tightly. 'I promise I will never hit you, or belittle you, I just...' He thinks then says "I just needed and pleaded for you to remember me... But this timeline... It is warped and strange." "We are in the same timeline?" I ask confused. "You still hated me till only a few moments ago and you had become a mortal child again a few years back. You were not yourself... Your eyes were black like the void and you scared me." Fallacy says his voice shaky. I hold onto him and just hold him tightly. I then loosen my grip and kiss him passionately. "You have messed with his mind again!!! You filthy Demon!!!" I hear Eterna shout. I pull away and then stand. I face away from Fallacy seeing hundreds of vampires watching. "I am sick of you... Your lies... And what you did to me! All those years of torture and you dare call my mate, my partner, my lover... A Demon. Says the demon herself." I say as I use my magic to create silver fragments.

"Encre..." I hear. The black marks snake around my hands and fingers and my hands are smoking. Eterna's eyes are wide in horror. "I just want to fix everything... To have everything I had as a child. A family that cared and loved me... Not to be lied to continuously." I say killing her with all of my emotions and hatred attached. I feel myself falling and arms wrap around me. "You did great Encre. I am so happy to have you back with me." I hear as I open my eyes. I cannot see anything and I am suddenly trapped in a dark void. I see a light above me and I cry out reaching for it. I feel wings spread from my back and I rise towards the light. I wrap my arms around Fallacy's neck holding him to me as I am gasping for breath. "Encre... You have wings." I hear Fallacy say. I open my eyes and my wings go back into my back. "I love you. I love you Fallacy." I say looking him in the eyes. His eyes widen as tears are rolling down my cheeks. "I love you as well, Encre." Fallacy says kissing my tear soaked cheeks. The marks disappear.
