Scott sighs heavily and turns to me and Stiles, "Derek is not gonna kill her without proof."

"All right, so he tests her like he did with Jackson, right? But when and where?" I glance around the chemistry classroom in front of us and my heart falls at the sight in front of me. Lydia sits at a lab table, opening her notebook, as Erica and Issac make there way to the front of the room. I let out a heavy sigh and look between the two boys next to me, "I'm beginning to think here and now are two good answers for that."

I shove both of their shoulders and they move quickly towards Lydia before sitting with her between them. I smirk as I walk past Derek's minions to an empty lab table behind them.

Harris stands in front of the room and I try my hardest to not look him in the eyes. I swear this man is the actual devil.

"Einstein once said, 'Two things are infinite: The universe and human stupidity; And I'm not sure about the universe'. I myself have encountered infinite stupidity," I roll my eyes at his extra rude behavior, pre usual, before he continues talking, "So to combat the plague of ignorance in my class, you're going to combine efforts through a round of group experiments. Let's see if two heads are indeed better than one. Or in Mr. Stilinski's case, less than one,"

"Erica, you take the first station. You'll start with-" An abundance of male, and some female, hands raise in the air and I can't help but roll my eyes at them. Seriously? One girl turned hot and everybody suddenly adores her? Maybe I need to try that.

"I didn't ask for volunteers. Put your hormonal little hands down. Start with Mr. McCall. All right, next two,"

My eyes widen as Erica raises from her seat and moves over next to the now empty seat next to Scott. I swear, it's like Harris knows something is going down and just feeds fuel to the fire.

I don't move from my seat and a kid I've never met before sits beside me and immediately starts mixing chemicals in front of me. How the hell he knows what is even going on is beyond me.
I stop watching him as if he is Einstein himself when I hear Scott's voice from across the room. I ignore the uneasy feeling I get when using my 'supernatural' hearing and continue to easdrop, "Whatever you're thinking about doing, wait. Give me a chance to talk to Derek."

Erica's voice attempts to sound sultry as she leans slightly closer to Scott, "Why don't you talk to me instead? That's funny. In school, you guys act like you're broken up, but she's all over you."

I jump when Harris hits the bell indicating for the groups to switch and the kid next to me stands up. I look across the room to see Erica sit next to Allison and I begin to stand when a hand on my arm pulls my back onto my seat.

I yank my arm out of the unknown grasp and look to my left to see the one and only Issac Lahey. I roll my eyes before letting out a heavy sigh, "Seriously?"

He eyes me curiously for second before speaking, "Are you always this sarcastic?"

I raise an eyebrow and tilt my head slightly, "Are you always this murderously annoying? If so, I'm getting tired of it real fast."

I tense when I feel a hand fall onto my leg and I see a smirk fall across Issac's face, "What the hell are you doing?"

He lets out a small laugh and I feel my anger boil as his hand moves up the slightest touch, "Why? Aren't you single? Last I heard you were."

I let a small smile slip across my face and look down bashfully while laughing lightly, "You're right, I am," I reach down and grip his wrist tightly in my own hand, pulling it away from me. "But I'm not sure exactly how that means you can touch me."

He winces as I bend his wrist a way it definitely should not go. I drop it in his lap and he quickly moves to cradle it. His eyes are wide and I even notice a small note of fear lying within them, "How did you do that? What are you?"

"It's a secret," I smirk, standing from my chair as Harris rings the bell once again. "Not so big and tough now, are you?"

I look forward when I hear my name and realize it was Harris himself who called me. I move to his desk where he sits behind it writing something on a small piece of paper. As I approach he hands me a tan envelope with no writing on the outside of it. I test the somewhat heavier weight in my hands and look at it oddly, "Uh, thanks?"

He rolls his eyes and sighs heavily, as if speaking with me exhausts him, "Take that up to the front office for me and give it to the overly excited woman at the front desk."

I open my mouth to respond, but he stands from his desk and moves away from me without even a single 'please' or 'thank you'.

Once again, incredibly rude.

I move towards the door, but look back when I hear Harris call for the groups to change. Crap, I'm not much help with this whole 'protecting Lydia' thing if I'm not even in the room.

As I walk to the door I rush over to Scott and sit next to him, "Harris is making me go to the office. I'll be quick, but don't Lydia die in the process, okay?"

"That's not funny, Abigail." His disapproving eyes meet mine and I can't help but feel like I'm being scolded by a parent.

I shrug as I move away from him and out of the room, "Who said I was joking?"

I quicken my pace to a fast speed walk down the deserted hallways, trying to reduce my time out of the class to a minimum. Wow, whoever thought I'd be trying to rush back to class.

The envelope in my hands suddenly goes sliding across the floor when a body collides with my own. I look up in shock to see two things; a boy and a camera.
