Anna
So what if Jessiah likes fire more than most do? He's tall, has beautiful brown eyes and hair, a normal family, great personality, stunning smile... And then look at you! You can barely talk to people, you see your mom for maybe an hour each day, and you're fat! You can't even lose any weight, for God's sake, because you always let your growling stomach get the best of you!
I pinched the fat around my stomach, and dug my fingers into my thighs. I grimaced as my fingertips sank into my flesh, too deep for my liking.
Blah, fat. When are you finally going to lose that awful weight, Anna?
Tears clouded my vision.
You're nothing but a disease. Anna-rexic, that's your name. You're Anna-rexic and you still can't get rid of that fat? Pathetic.
"Trying," I croaked. "I'm trying."
No, you're not, and you know it.
I choked on a sob and buried my face in my pillow.
You eat, when you know that you shouldn't. You aren't supposed to, not if you want to drop those ugly pounds.
I screamed into my pillow, just to be louder than my head, louder than myself.
You disgust me.
