Chapter 10 -Crushes

As I stood looking out the window I couldn't help but admire the view. It wasn't anything special compared to the ocean or mountains but to me there was beauty in everyplace. Just imagining the stories that filled the land around me, stories from a few hours ago, days, years and even centuries. The history of each place was far more beautiful than what ones eyes could see but people seemed to forget that. The sound of a door opening came from behind me but I continued to look out at the city knowing that it was Jon and Luke and that was confirmed after a few moments of silence when Luke's voice filled the air.

 "Hey Y/N, we have to go for a second trip so you better pinky promise me to not touch anything from the bags while we are gone. Gotta be patient for you surprise!" I roll my eyes at his enthusiasm as he had dramatically raised his hand up at the finally statement.

"Okay I promise." He smiles widely before both he and Jonathon leave the room. Being the person that I was I kept the promise to not look at items that Luke had bought and  went to sit on the bed. Choosing to instead entertain myself with a game that Jon had on his phone.

---Delirious/Jonathan's perspective---(Of the previous events, not continuing from the point up there)

I closed the door behind me as I exited the hotel room where Y/N was alone, making sure to stay right behind Luke on the way to his care. I took in the nicely designed hallway before slipping into my thoughts that had been nipping at me for a bit. You see I had oddly felt like we were drawn to that bench that Y/N was seated on, as if I needed to be there and needed to meet her. And once I saw her and heard a bit of her story I instantly felt so bad for her, I mean such a beautiful woman internally and externally like her shouldn't have gone through that...wait did I just call her. No, No, No I can't like her we just met, but she is so adorable and sweet and, stop it Delirious why would she even like you, you're only a youtuber while she is a doctor. I realized that I was now standing at the car so I snapped out of my thoughts.

"Hey Delirious, it was so weird to call you Jon today, anyways can you help me with these bags we will need to come again for another trip." He didn't wait for me to respond before handing me a bunch of bags.

"You really went all out for her didn't you, I mean she deserves it but we don't want to bomb her with all of this." I raised the bags which had to be the most shopping I had ever seen, I mean all the girls I have known in my life sis like shopping sprees but this was a whole lot of stuff.

"Don't worry Del it isn't all her stuff we still need to buy more when we get home, this is also the food for today and tomorrow, anyways what are your thoughts at with Y/N?" I instantly felt nervous as Luke could usually tell what I was thinking about, especially when I didn't want him to know. I wanted to keep the small feelings I had for her hidden from him so I ponder my answer before replying.

 "I'm glad that we were able to rescue her from that situation but we need to plan on what we tell her about YouTube since she will be living with me yelling during recording sessions" I made sure to speak in a whisper since we had entered the lobby of the hotel. I didn't want to be outed in anyway though the likelihood of a fan being in here was rare.

"I believe that we should tell her the truth because that will bring upon trust and then she might will tell us her whole story or some more of it. Which in turn will allow us to understand and help her better than we currently can when it comes to what's going on inside of her head." I had never though that I would revel myself  to someone, especially in this type of a situation but I knew it was best and agreed with Luke.

We stepped into the elevator which had opened after a few moments since it seems to be only a few floors away when we pressed the button. It didn't take long to get to our floor and soon enough we were back in out room. Y/N  stood with her back to us, her gaze staying on the window. I froze as I looked at her, she looked stunning in the glow of the evening sun and she looked ever so cute in my baggy clothing. I caught myself staring and continued into the room but stayed silent myself.

"Hey Y/N, we have to go for a second trip so you better pinky promise me to not touch anything from the bags while we are gone. Gotta be patient for you surprise!" I saw her roll her eyes at my best friend and I couldn't help but agree with her.

"Okay I promise." I couldn't help but lightly smile at her lovely voice. Jon stop, think of the situation that she is in, if one of us were to try and pull something on her she would  hate us and believe that those were our only intentions.I sighed and pushed the thoughts aside when I placed the bags down. I made my way to the elevator where Luke was waiting for me with one eyebrow raised.

 "Soo..."  I confusedly looked at him, hoping that he didn't know anything of what I was thinking about

 "Soo what Luke." I watched as he took a deep breath, telling me that he did in fact have some sort of clue of what was going on in my head.

"Jonathan." He paused and I knew that it was serious since he only says my full name when it is something major. "Do you happen to like Y/N?"
