I was waken up to Elton shaking me yelling that Colby's gone of course I freaked out "w-what do you mean he's gone" I ask jumping out of bed running past him when I see the not on Colby's door

Nononnonono he didn't go back to Kansas right? He wouldn't oh my god what the fuck maybe it's a joke? A prank? But his room is basically whipped clean, I ran back to my room and texted him

S: you didn't go back to Kansas right?

S:colby please answer us

I waited and waited but nothing, no answer I texted all his and our friends including Brennen but he only said he didn't know he didn't seem heavily concerned which I thought was weird but I shook it off "Elton what do we do" I said concerned running my hand through my hair "I don't know he's not answering me or you" he said in response "I'll check again but I doubt he answered" I said running up stairs and back down sitting down in the kitchen

S: you didn't go back to Kansas right?

S:colby please answer us

"Elton it says he saw it over 20 minutes ago but he hasn't answered" I say putting my phone down looking at him worried he never just leaves someone on seen "yeah me too" he said checking his phone, I sigh "w-why would he go back to Kansas I mean I thought everything was going good what happened and if it was a family thing I would know he always takes me with him when it's a family emergency or at least tells me" I said frantically "you don't think brennen did something" I said a bit lower and I saw Elton's face go from worried to angry "I swear to god if he did something to Colby he's dead" Elton said I think that's the meanest I've seen him get "yeah I don't know maybe we should just give him time?" Elton suggested and I nodded yes knowing thats how Colby is sometimes.

Colby's POV

Nate and I had finished stranger things it's now 8 PM, "hey na-" I began to say but then I hear small snoring I giggle to myself that buttmunch  fell asleep on me "nateeeeee" I whine kinda loud but it did nothing nattttteeeeeyyyyy wAke your butt up" I whine poking his face "w-what, what time is it" he said stretching "around 8 but I'm jet lagged so I'm wide awake" I said chuckling "oh well I'll stay up with you until you get tired so you don't have to be alone" he said, he's such a amazing friend he's always cared about people so much I've always  loved that about him, my thoughts were I interrupted when I heard my phone ring I sigh grabbing it off the couch to see how it is, it's brennen the last name I wanted to see the last person I wanted to be reminded of  "who is it?" Nate asked me, I sighed "B-brennen" I said trying to hold back tears "oh Colby Come here" he said with his arms open I scooted over to him laying my head on his chest I was stiff at first but slowly relaxed and let tears fall from my eyes "shhh it'll be okay" Nate said in a soothing voice which calmed be down a bit "t-thank y-you" was the only thing I could manage to get out "Don't be colbear you don't deserve what he did to you you're so perfect I don't understand how someone could hurt you" he said playing with my hair, he had a point I mean I'm not perfect at all but I never did anything to anyone I'm literally harmless, I heard Nate's phone ring it's probably sam wondering where I am "oh lemme get that" he said reaching over grabbing his phone and answering it continuing to mess with my hair "hello" he said I could kinda hear the other line but it was mostly muffled, he tapped me on the shoulder and his other hand covering the speaker "it's sam do you wanna talk to him?" He asked me not really but it's only right so I decided to, I nodded and he gave the phone to me "h-hello" I said "Colby why the hell are you in Kansas" he said worried "because" is all I said in response "because why Colby" he said in a kinda demanding voice " b-because b-brennen and everything in LA is too much for me right now" I choked out "wait what did Brennen do" he said calmer "h-he c-c-cheated On m-me" was all I could say still trying not to burst into tears but they were rolling down my cheeks "that fucker, I'm sorry Colby" he said sympathetically "it's f-fine" i said "so are you staying with Nate or your parents" he asked I really don't know yet but honestly I'd rather stay with Nate like I wanna see my parents but "I-I'm not sure" I said my eyes are starting to dry up now "okay well I just wanted to make sure your safe" he said "yeah" is all I said in response "okay well I gotta go now call me if you need anything alright" he said to me "okay bye" I said and hung up giving Nate's phone back to him and resting my head on his chest again "thank you" i said to him "no need for that" he said softly "wanna watch family guy" Nate asked I shook my head yes in response "where am I sleeping" I asked Nate because I was getting a little tired at this point "oh you can have my bed I'll sleep out here" he said but I can't have him sleep on the couch at his own place "no you aren't sleeping on the couch, how big is your bed?" I asked looking up at him "uh pretty big" he said awkwardly "then we are sharing a bed" I said facing my head towards the tv "bu-" he began to say but I cut him off "no butts" I said back "my butts thicc how dare you say I have no butt" he joked which made me laugh "fair enough" I joked back, I sighed happily, I haven't been this happy in a while.

The rest of the night was nice we watched family guy until around 12;30 AM then went to bed it was a little strange at first sharing a bed with him but we soon got comfortable but I could sleep, I had my back faced towards him but I felt a arm wrap around me which made me smile, he's cuddling me in his sleep but it's like that's all I needed because right after that I fell asleep.

yelo earthlings so I know this stuff isn't really brolby but brolby will return kinda soon I promise so no one get mad at me ALSO HAPPY HALLOWEEN YASS BITCH I LOVE HALLOWEEN but I can't do anything this year because I cut my foot open on glass and can't walk so that sucks up oh well
