Daiki - great glory / great nobility
Omi - sound of universe
Hise - a gift of god
Kuzino - there is no japanese meaning, so I guess I made a name?
Aki - bright / autumn
Aiko - child of love
Yukio - blessed hero
Akihro - bright and large
Fumio - literature / scholarly hero
Hisoka - cautious / reserved
Kichiro - lucky son
Amaterasu - shining heaven
Chieko - child of wisdom / intelligence
Emiko - beautiful blessing child
Tsuyoshi - strong
Though these names don't have much meaning to you yet, I promise you that the meaning of their names relate to themselves as a person, except Daiki, Hise, Omi and Kuzino because I had picked their names without meaning, but before writing this I knew the meaning of Licht and it just seems to fit her.
Character Importance
Licht Yamata is the main girl character
Daiki Yuu is the main male character
Omi Mau is the antagonist, he is also a killer, could be referred to as a Yakuza
Hise Yuu is Daiki's younger sister
Kuzino Futeuma is Licht's bestfriend
Aki Yuu is Daiki and Hise's birth mother
Aiko Enatsu is Hise's love interest later on
Yukio Gushiken is Daiki's best friend
Akihro Nori is the old man that took Omi in after adoption
Fumio Yamata is Licht's father
Hisoka Yuu is Daiki and Hise's uncle
Kichiro Futeuma is Kuzino's father, upcoming mayor of the town
Amaterasu Yamata is Licht's mother
Chieko Yuu is Daiki and Hise's aunt, married to Hisoka

So that is the name meanings, and who each character is. So after seeing these you are able to draw connections with their names, ex.
Emiko means beautiful blessing child, so we know that Emiko is quite a catch of the eye
OR
Tsuyoshi means strong, so we do that he is strong, well of course he is, they have to have some strength to inflict some damage in others
But some of them don't make sense, or you don't know much about the character because they are new, ex.
Yukio means great hero, but the only thing you know about him is that he is Daiki's bestfriend
Yukio will have a big part in this story in the future, you should expect his big part will come in about 5 to 10 chapters from now.

While writing about some of these characters i've heard some songs that perfectly fit a certain character, so here they are..

Omi - Work Bitch, jk though that song works, i would have to chose Lost One's Weeping
Daiki - Give Us A Little Love (tbh this song actually makes me cry)
Kuzino - Remind You (another song that HITS the feels)
Now for the whole book itself I think the song that works the best that goes with it is When Your World Breaks Down, this song will really connect with it in the upcoming chapters
