"Alec aren't you listening to me?" Cat's eye followed him going around the room packing his stuffs. "What time is Magnus coming again?" He asked and didn't look at Cat who now crossing her arm behind him. He turned around and looked at her guilty. "Yes, I heard you. No stress, no heavy lifting and definitely to call you if anything weird happen." He said repeating everything she said to him which repeatedly since morning. "Although we did call you that time and you didn't answer." Cat sighing at him and put his head on his hand. "I'm promise I will take care of myself plus Magnus is with me and I don't think I would be able to do anything on my own." He said while rubbing her arm. "You're gonna give me grey hair Lightwood." She said while shaking her head. "Oh yeah you're right, there's one right there, and there, and back there." He said pointing at her head and made Cat's laughed. She hugged him tight and Alec rested his chin on her head. Then Magnus walked in the room saw both important person in his life hugging each other. "Ready to go? Aww, that's nice, a group hug without me." Magnus signing jealousy look at Alec and Cat. Alec let go of Cat and went to Magnus give him a peck on the lips and yet he is still pouting. "Take care of him. No more fighting." Cat said while she held up a finger like a teacher to the students. Magnus held up both of his hand signing surrender to all of her orders. "Ready? I guess we see each other in 1 week for the biopsy results?" Alec said while holding the bag pack on his shoulder. Magnus then took the bag from his body and carried it on his shoulder. Cat nodded and waved goodbye to the couples leaving them both in the room alone. "You sure you don't wanna wheelchair? Cat said you need to do less walking." Alec smiled thinking how sweet Magnus is, he shakes his head and grabbed Magnus' hand. They both walked out the hospital heading to the car. Magnus opened the door for him and dropped the bag at the back seat and went to driver side to get in. He start the car and drove away to their home.
Luckily for Alec, Magnus loft has elevator. Magnus stays at the top floor cause its a penthouse. When they entered the loft, Alec had a feeling of nauseous cause the loft smells like vanilla oil. He remembers telling Magnus he missed the smell of chocolate and vanilla. He tried to hold it and breathes in and out deeply. He held on his stomach not wanting to throw up. "Magnus can you opened the window for me please. It's kind of warm in here." He said while fanning himself. He lied to Magnus so that Magnus would not worried about him. "It's okay babe, I will turned the AC on if your warm." He said still not understand the situation. "No its not that, its-" Alec wanted to finished his word but he could feel his vomit already at his throat, after all they ate this morning before leaving the hospital but now all of it will come out. He leaned on the table at the living room shutting his eyes, his hand still in his tummy rubbing it softly. Magnus still hasn't realized Alec is at verge of throwing up everything. He was in the room placing Alec's stuff. Alec went to the kitchen grabbing a bottle of water from the fridge. He swallowed it hard and breathes in deeply. "Alec." Magnus was looking for him and saw he is at the kitchen, leaning on the counter. "Hey, you're okay?" He saw how Alec became pale and there's cold sweat on his forehead, his lips is white and he's breathing deep. "Alec what is it?" He tried to get closer to him but he shrugged his shoulder to keep his hand away then he couldn't take it anymore. He ran towards the sink and vomit all the content in his stomach. He gagged and cough few times. He had quite a breakfast that morning with Magnus since he hasn't ate much for days. He throw up everything out and one of his hand clenched on the counter while the other on his stomach. Magnus walked closely to Alec and rubbed his back. "Don't come closer, its disgusting." Alec pushed him again but this time Magnus didn't even move, not a inch. He just smiled and opened the tap water on. "What trigger?" Alec looked at him from the corner of his eyes and went back to the sink to continued vomit. "The stupid candles." He then washed his mouth and gargled some water to removed the rest of the vomit. Magnus leaned in and kissed him on the temple. He went to the living room and blow off the candles that was on and opened the windows on his loft including the balcony door. Then he heard footsteps coming in and saw Alec walked in and sat down on the couch. He joined him and sat next to him putting his hand above his shoulder. Alec leaned in and rested his head on his boyfriend's shoulder, hiding his face on the crook of his neck. He snuggled in Magnus' neck and held Magnus body closer to him. Magnus wrapped Alec's body and put his hand on Alec's head playing with his hair. "I miss this." Alec suddenly spoke making Magnus smiled and kissed him on his forehead. "Good, cause that is what I'm gonna do for the rest of our life." Alec smiled hearing the idea. He nodded and wrapped his hand on Magnus' tummy while crossing his leg but one leg on Magnus'. He didn't noticed when he fall asleep because he remembers cuddling with Magnus. The next thing he knew was that he's on the bed under the warm blanket. When he turned around he found his side is empty. Magnus is not next to him. He saw the clock by the bedside its 6PM. No wonder he's hungry. He went to the living room and found Magnus working on his computer. He stared at him for a while before he clears his throat. Magnus looked up from the computer and saw Alec by the door of their bedroom. He signing for him to come and he did. He sat on Magnus' lap holding his neck. He kissed him and leaned their forehead together. They were having a moment before Alec's stomach growled in hunger. Magnus couldn't help but to laughed. "Somebody's hungry." Alec nodded and he turned to the computer and clicking on the internet. "I want pizza, lets order it." He wants to look for the menu but then Magnus stopped him. "Alec wait-" he said but its too late, Alec already clicking on the buttoned and he saw on the monitor. "Cancer research?" Alec looked at Magnus and then back at the computer. Magnus grabbed Alec's wrist and putting on his chest. He wants full attention from Alec when he said those things. "You know we need to talk about this somehow." Alec nodded weakly, forgetting he has another problem still going on in his body. He looked down unable to stare on Magnus' eyes. Then Magnus lifted his chin up, kissed him on the lips. "Whatever happens, we will be together and I am not giving up on us. I love you so much." He looked deep in Alec's eyes and saw Alec began to tear up. He closed his eyes and let his head down again. Magnus hugged him and he heard Alec sobbed in his shoulder, soaking his shirt. "I'm so scared. I don't want to die. I want to see my babies grow. I want us to grow old together." He sobbed and cried making Magnus worried. He hushed him and kept rubbing his back. He managed to calm Alec down and held him back. He wished his tear away and kissed both of his wet eyes. It tasted salty because of the tears but he didn't mind. "Let's talk about this later when we have better info on it okay. Now, my kids are hungry and so does my lover. Shall we order?" Alec nodded and smiled while holding Magnus' neck. He still on his lap with both legs on the sides. "What you have in mind?" He asked making Alec looked up and pretend to think. He lied, he already knows what he want and his usual order. "Pepperoni please." He smiled and pleaded showing his bright teeth. Magnus smiled and grabbed the phone and started to called for delivery. Alec still browsing the monitor looking for something. "Magnus can I have this." He pointed at the monitor and Magnus leaned forward looking at where he's pointing. He crooked his eyebrow and frowned his face while looking at Alec. "But you hated that. Are you sure you're gonna eat that?" He nodded and put his hand together begging. Magnus nodded and mentioned to the person who takes their order, "Yeah can I add more pineapples on the pizza please. Yeah, wait -" Alec keep on pointing and add on the orders making Magnus dizzy. "You want to talk to them and finished the order? Cause I feel like your gonna add more all night." He said being sarcastic making Alec more annoyed. He smiled at Alec's behavior and continued on ordering. He mouthed sorry and kissed Alec's cheek then he continued on ordering whatever he wants.
They waited for like an hour because it's weekend and usually the orders will get busy. When the delivery guy rang their doorbell Magnus answered it. He was about to grabbed the pizza but Alec took before he could. "What took you so long? I'm starving!" He took the pizza and went to the living room placed it on the table. Magnus shake his head and paid off the delivery guy leaving some tips and closed the door. He went to the couch and saw Alec already has his mouth full. "Alec slow down, you're gonna vomit later." Magnus handed him water to helped him swallowed. He just ignored him, he took the water and swallowed it and kept on eating while watching the TV. Magnus couldn't help but stared at his lover and smiled. He kept on eating when suddenly he asked. "Do we have any pickled?" Magnus almost choked on hearing it. "What? Yeah, in the fridge." He said while pointing at the fridge in the kitchen. Alec get up and went to the kitchen. He opened the fridge door and looked for the pickle jar but he found something else. He found chocolate covered strawberry in a clear packets. He bring them out and brought to the couch with him. "I thought you wanted pickled? Why change?" He looked at his lover with a question look. Alec shrugged his shoulder gesturing he also don't know what happened and continued on eating. They didn't finished all the food because Magnus only had small portion for himself and Alec stopped when he felt nauseous. He's gonna regret everything in the morning. They sat on the couch cuddling each other for few hours till Magnus saw Alec yawning few times. "Come on, lets get you to bed. My twins need rest too." He get up giving Alec a hand and went to the bedroom together. He pulled the blanket over so Alec can get in. When Alec got under it he covers his body halfway only up to his waist. Then he kneeled down by Alec's side. He leaned forward to Alec's tummy. He raised it a little and start kissing it. The small bulge of Alec's tummy showing. "Hey little ones, daddy loves you both so much. I hope you guys are full cause your papa ate too much tonight but prepared for tomorrow." Magnus chuckled and Alec felt offended, he slapped Magnus's back and laughed at himself too. He hide his face with his arm from embarrassment. Then Magnus jumped on the bed and sat on Alec's lap, placing his legs on Alec's side. Alec stroked his alpha's thigh making him shivers on the touch. He leaned in for kiss, Alec lifted his head meeting him halfway. Magnus move his hand underneath Alec's shirt making him tingles on the touch. He sat up and caught Magnus' neck with kisses. He licked his earlobe and moved to his neck earning him a moan. He moves his hand under Magnus' shirt stroking his boyfriend chest. His cold hand making Magnus hard. Soon when he touches Magnus nipples with his finger and rubbing it. He could feel it became hardened as he touches it. Magnus pulled the hem of his shirt and removed his own clothes. Alec miss this view, he miss his Alpha so much. He could feel his bulge and Magnus' grinding up against each other making him moan in pleasure. Magnus let him lay down on the bed and removed Alec's shirt. Then he saw Alec's dressing on the abdomen just lower his chest. He stopped and stare. Alec felt something's wrong when Magnus suddenly stop touching him. He stood up and Magnus was looking down on his tummy. "Magnus is everything okay?" He got worried when Magnus didn't answer him. He held Magnus' cheek with his hand and lifted his chin up. They both locked on the stares at each other. He could see Magnus' eyes tearing up. "I don't want to hurt you, or our babies. We should sleep okay." Then he got off from Alec's lap and lied next to his Omega side. He held out his arm under Alec's body and letting him rested his head on his chest. He stroked Alec's hair and he knows Alec was quiet but he didn't want to argue so they both kept quiet and fall asleep in each others arms.
