"Are you sure?" Basil asked as he was helping me prepare to challenge the drow inside me.

"I have to try," I said about to take off the bracelet.

"You only have one shot at this Tristan, I can't lose you," he said stopping me from unclasping the bracelet.

"You won't, just put the bracelet back on my wrist when you feel I'm losing, but I won't," I said taking off the bracelet handing it over to him.

"Can't you wait for Ninurta when he gets here?" Basil was worried and he had the right to be. I shake my head. I walked towards my bed and laid down.

"Just remember what I told you if I lose. It won't be me anymore, it would be someone else, don't be fooled by my appearance," I said fixing my body on my bed.

"Make sure you don't lose," Basil said holding my hand.

"Basil, say you'll do it," I said. He shook his head, "Please."

"I will kill you," Basil said and I smiled.

"Thank you," I close my eyes and mentally prepared myself to challenge her. I hold onto Basil's hand tightly.

"Album, I challenge you to a duel!" I say and my mind travels into a gray room.

A girl was standing her back facing me.

"Hello Tristan," she turned around and she looked different her eyes weren't white, but gray, "It took you a while to finally challenge me," she smirked.

"Well I'm here now," I said and she smiled widely. I hated her smile.

"Before we start, you need to learn the rules," she smirked.

"Rules?" I raised my eyebrow and suddenly the scenery changed. We were in a forest, I presumed it was Death Forest, the place of drows.

"Yes, rules. I thought you were one of the brightest elves in Nura? I must've been misinformed," she started chuckling, "Oh, sorry, did I struck a nerve?"

I held hands to my sides in fists.

"Rule number 1, you can use illusion spells, but only to make things that are real," she said, "For example, is there an animal that's half bear and lion?" I shake my head.

"Alright, so we can't make stuff up," I said and she clapped her hands.

"Bravo, Tris!" she grinned.

"You can't call me that," I greeted my teeth.

"Why not Tris? Doesn't all your close friends call you that? Aren't we close? We are in the same body after-"

"Shut up!" I shoot an energy at her and she does a cartwheel to dodge it.

"That brings me to Rule number 2, you cannot use other types of spells," she smirked, "Rule number 3, if I fool you, I get a point, but if you don't get fooled, you get the point, same applies to you. To win you have to fool the person and not be fooled, so basically if you get fooled, you lose instantly."

I couldn't wait to wipe that smirk off her face, "What else is there?"

"Rule number 4, you have to completely fool the person throughout the illusion. So let's say in the first part you get fooled, but then you were able to snap back to reality, it doesn't count."
