'Thanks'

Jamie's P.O.V.

I looked around the treehouse. And once all the lights were turned on it looked so much different than before.

It was actually really big.

This is practically every child's treehouse dream come true. I remember I used to sketch out treehouses and decide how to get the power in there once I built it, and figure out where to put my fridge, and toilet, and TV. This had wires falling down the back of it which connected to another wire that came from below the house.

I could've been more helpful, but I'm not exactly a tech wiz.

I saw a mattress, that looked like a twin-bed size. It had navy blue covers and red pillows. As soon as I saw it, I could feel the drowsiness and the length of the day finally catching up to me.

All I wanted to do was sleep.

But walking around this treehouse was so much more interesting. There was the mattress when you walked in, but on the sides the treehouse kind of spread. There was a table with a lamp on top. I couldn't help my curiosity as I started to open the drawers on the table.

They were all empty. I reached all the way in and I felt something hard.

I pulled it out but it felt like it was caught. I repositioned the lamp so it shone on the inside of the drawer. Inside I saw a little key. It had string attached and that was what had gotten caught. The string was stuck. But as I repositioned the light further, the string looked like it was strategically placed like that.

Weird.

I walked around a little more.

And sleep had overcome me. I shut off the lamps and laid down on the bed and closed my eyes.

Raven's P.O.V.

I watch out from my window until all the lights in the treehouse go off.

It actually took a really long time.

I thought she'd just crash as soon as she went in, but I guess I was wrong.

I wait ten minutes, just so that when I go up she'll be asleep.

After the minutes pass by, I get up and walk as quietly as I can up the treehouse steps.

I turn on my phone flashlight and put it under my black shirt. I can still see the light but not as much. Perfect.

I see her move and turn a little in the corner of my eye. I hope I didn't wake her, she had a long day.

I go to the drawer.

I see that it's not fully closed, maybe it's just paranoia.

But when I open the drawer I find they key in the middle, which means she definitely saw it.

I reach my hand in, and curve the string around each crook and cranny that I had designed so that I could only open it.

It takes much longer than usual, because each section is tighter because of how it was pulled earlier, I'm guessing.

I get the key out and check to make sure she's still asleep.

I take another blanket and put it on her, it'll probably get chillier later at night.

Why am I even doing this? I'm not even that type of guy.

As I leave to go back to my room, I hear her say 'Thanks' again.

I start to panic, thinking she's awake and knows I put the blanket on her. But then I hear the sounds of her breathing go back to normal.

I leave the treehouse and go to my room.

I put the key in the single locked thing in my room. I put the key in the drawer and take out a book.

I begin writing in it. About everything. Just like I have done for the past three years.

No it is not a diary, I'm a guy. And if you do dare call it a diary, no just don't.

So, what do y'all think of Raven having a diary? (He can't kill me for calling it a diary xD)Cute or Lameeee?

For all of those that say cute-

I think so too :) but hey, don't get fooled by his cuteness right now. He's a bad boy.

For all of those that say lameeee-

Don't you want to know what he put in there though? What if what's in there changes your mind about whether it's lame or not? Hmm?

I wonder what happened three years ago... Hmmm..

Oh and the next part I will be posting has all the cast list in it! I hope y'all like them! :)
