Chapter 17

Chapter 17:

"Heartbreak at first stab"

        I quickly hear my bedroom door slam shut. I raise my head to see what's going on, knowing that those pills that someone gave me had no affect on my body at all, I just did what the man told me to do. Then I smell something familiar. I pick it up quickly knowing it's Maddie's t-shirt. "Wait, Maddie's t-shirt?" I thought to myself in my head. I decide to throw it across my room and it lands on the floor. On the backside of the t-shirt is a sticky note that says:

I'm coming for you Bieber. I've already got your girl.

"What?" I say in utter confusion. I decide to get out of bed and walk to the bathroom which leads to my closet to get changed into some new clothes. After I got dressed I went downstairs to find Jazymn and Jaxon sitting in front of the tv watching a show on Nickelodeon.

"Good morning guys! Did you sleep well?" I ask while coming down the staircase.

"Hi Justin. How have you been man?" I hear somone say. I look at Jazymn and Jaxon confused, then Jazymn says: "He's in the kitchen if you were wondering."

"Oh, ok. Thanks." I tell them.

I walk over to the kitchen to find my bro Usher leaning over the counter looking at me. I quickly walk over to give him a "bro hug" knowing that I've not seen him before he won with Josh Kaufman on season 6 of The Voice and missed him very much.

"Hey dude. I've been doing good. How about you?" I cough before cotinuing. "Are you in your underwear?" I stand there shocked.

"I've been great. And yes I'm in my underwear." He replies while starting to open the cabinets so he can make breakfast.

"Why are you in your underwear??" I ask nervous of how he's going to reply.

"Well, while I was on The Voice I made a bet that if I won season 6, I would have to cook breakfast in my underwear. So I'm doing it today."

"Oh ok." I reply. Then Usher asks me, "Ummm... Justin, can I talk to you in private??"

"Sure. Let's go outside."

Usher follows me outside and we sit on the patio furniture that I have.

"So man, what's up?" I ask calmly.

"Ummm... I don't know how to explain this, but I need for you to pack all of your stuff and come to live with me."

"What?!?! Why?" I ask confused.

"Look, someone's coming for you... I can't explain much though. I need for you to get Jazymn, now."

"Ok." I reply standing up. I walk towards the sliding door, open it, walk over to Jazymn, grab her arm and drag her outside.

"Owwee! Jusssstttttiiiinnn! STOP!!!" Jazymn screams as she tries to escape my tight grip on her arm.

"No. I won't let go." I say as we outside. I throw her in a chair and tell her: "If you move a single muscle, I will handcuff you to a really tight chain. Do you understand?!?!"

She looks at me with cold, hard, and horrifying fear in her eyes. She nods her head slowly though in response to what I asked.

"Good. Usher, make sure she doesn't run away out of your sight or else it will get ugly and I know she won't like it."

"Ok. Sure thing."

"Thanks. I'll be right back." I say starting to walk into the house and towards the stash of blood in the kitchen.
