Miracle

The very fabric of your existence is torn, you watch as it fades away like Cigarette smoke

Is your eden burning?
Did you bite the fruit?
Unwanted knowledge floods your mind And devours it whole like a snake, throwing you into the lion's pride.

Do you Now question your saints, your own belief?
Your faith will not let you enter a paradise that you doubt
Even though you wish It to exist
Deep down you know the blood was always just wine,
That I can not walk on water
Yet still you watch, you want a miracle, no mirages, no mirrors

You gaze at my step
The first step that sends to the bottom
Plunging straight down
Under the river
You dive after me
But you can't swim
so you sink
At the bottom a Church
Where the fish sing hymes
Where you are truely closest to God
At the edge of death
This itself is your miracle
