I am so sorry, I never realized how difficult the last part for Itachi's result would be. I had to write and then revise it and, ugh, even now I am not fully happy of how it came out. However, I had to take out the interactions of a few, otherwise it would be impossible to finish it. And to be honest, writer's block has been plaguing me lately, so even so, I hope you all enjoy it.

Six months later, life was just so much better than you had expected. Itachi, usually was just silent but right after both of your feelings were clarified, he became much more affectionate. How could he not treat you properly when you made him happy, every morning he would wake up and he would be excited for a new day because you were there at his side. That was not what concerned him, no, it was your wellbeing.

He noticed a month ago that you were not eating as you usually did, and whenever you did eat, you’ll vomit it right after. That symptom went away but your energy seemed to deplete, and most of the days you would be found taking a nap. He had a suspension, but he did not want to jump to conclusions just yet. Even if adrenaline pumped through his veins, he knew that he needed to do something. That suspension had been plaguing his mind, and he could not take it any longer. So, he searched around the house until he found you just waking up from a nap. Your eyes followed his form, and then you offered a tired smile. But when you caught his concerned look, you sat up frowning. “What is wrong?”

You were worried, he could read you like a book. He stood there analyzing your form but unable to see anything since you were covered with some sheets. “You’re not alright.” Finally, he spoke before he took a seat at your side, grabbed your hand and squished it.

Your eyes softened at his concerned expression. Taking a deep breath, you shook your head. “I have been tired but that is all.”

If that was supped to convince him that you were indeed alright, it did not. “Tell me…” A small shade of pink adorned his cheeks obviously not used to have a conversation about he was about to ask. “What…Other symptoms do you have?” Maybe it looked strange that he would be asking such a thing, especially since he knew nothing about medical ninjutsu.

With a puzzled expression, you gazed back at him. “Itachi…There’s nothing wrong with me…” Then you paused as he decided to harden his gaze. “Well,” you began as you scratched your chin, “my breasts have been rather tender lately. I have been getting headaches.” Involuntarily, you blushed. But why be embarrassed, he has seen you, you have seen all of him so why the shyness? “Listen, if it will make you feel better we can find a medic and have myself examined or something.”

His eyes shifted to your abdomen, already feeling the excitement forcing his heart pump faster. He scooted closer forcing himself not to place the palm of his hand on your abdomen. “What…About your menstruation?”

Your eyes widened in surprise as to why he should be mentioning such a thing. Every month you have it but not lately, you did not make much of it since well…Your body isn’t exactly normal. “I missed it this month but I’m sure it’ll return. It happened several times before.” Perhaps it was a reaction when your body was getting accustomed to many changes, specially whenever you overused your techniques.

His dark eyes snapped to your face, and once your words sunk in, they widened while his lungs refused to work for a couple of seconds. So…He was correct, although you had known that you needed to take something not to end up pregnant, it seemed that you were not well versed with anything related to the topic. It was understandable, you didn’t exactly have anyone to explain to you about it. A knot formed in his throat at the thought of being a father. “You’re,” his hand finally moved to rest on your belly as his eyes softened “Pregnant.” How would he know about the symptoms? He had seen them when his mother was pregnant with Sasuke.
