Everyone was scared of him but honestly, I kind of liked the excitement from it. Everyone told me he was going to hurt me but I never really believed them since I was young and blinded by love.

I danced around with my girlfriends at a party Oscar and I went too.

"Aye ahorita vengo  (Hey I'll be back). I'm gonna get us somethin' to drink." I yelled over the loud music.

My girls nodded and I headed over to the bar.

I filled cups with beer when someone rubbed themselves against me.

I thought it was Oscar so I placed myself back against the person.

"What's good?" said the unfamiliar voice

I stepped back and turned around seeing another man.

I backed away, "Shit I thought you were my man!"

"Nah but I'm tryna be." said the guy

"Sorry I ain't-a hoe."

"Lemme get your name though." said the guy

"(y/n). You?"

"Jamir," said Jamir sticking his hand out for me to shake it.

I shook it when Oscar came from behind me and mugged Jamir.

"The hell you think you are talkin' to my girl?!" yelled Oscar

"Uh sorry I was just askin' her name," said Jamir putting his hands up in the air.

"Oscar chill. He's fine." I said putting myself in front of him.

"Don't tell me to chill the fuck!" said Oscar pushing me away from him causing me to fall on the ground

I gasped, clearly he's drunk but I teared up anyway. I got up and ran to the nearby park.

I woke up to sunshine burning me. I sat up and realized I had slept in the park after the incident.

"Aye fine ass hyna!" yelled out a guy from his car

I rolled my eyes and got up, walking towards Oscar's house.

His cholo friends nodded to me and I gave them a small smile.

"Where's Oscar?"

"He's in his room," said Sad Eyes

"Thank you."

I knocked softly on his door, waiting for a response.

"Que quieren (what do you guys want)?!" yelled Oscar

I opened the door and let myself in, "It's me."

Oscar turned around and sighed, "Hey."

"Look, it hurt my feelings when you pushed me...I don't know what to do! You hurt me, Oscar."

"You don't think I know that?! I couldn't sleep last night baby. I never meant to hurt you and I'm sorry." apologized Oscar

"Thank you for apologizing. Also, you don't have to get jealous if a guy talks to me, Oscar. Seriously!"

Oscar stood up and got close to my face, "Pero eres mia (but you're mine), okay?"

I nodded, "Si, lo se (Yes, I know)."

We kissed, letting our lips move in sync.
