We been at at the office for hour now but Darnell attorney was late. Once they showed up me and my sister both was ready to get this over with and done. When they notified me that they was ready to start we all walked into this big meeting room.

" We meet again Ms.Westbrooks," Lisa said.

" I see but hopefully it's for the last time okay," Lexie said sitting across the table from them.

" Well if y'all ready to meet our demands I don't think why not," Lisa said laughing.

" See now thats were you wrong you going meet our demands. I see y'all disclosed a little something something from Darnell record but luckily I was able to get my hands on it," Lexie said passing the paper.

" How did -," before she could finish Lexie cut her off.

" I'm very good at my job that's all you need to know. Unless you want this getting out you going meet our demands. My client wants Darnell to pay $1.5 million in spouses support all at once.

Practically placed in bank account with only her name on it. Plus we want trust fund set up in Maria name with $2 million in it. As far as child custody it stays with her mom," Lexie said.

" Listen Lora I'm sorry about what I-," before he could finish his lawyer cut him off.

" Be quiet Darnell," Lisa said.

"No you be quiet Lora I'm sorry for what I did. I didn't mean non of that I said and my mom dying made me realize that. Now look I'm pay you $1.5 million and set my daughter trust fund up. Even make it $3 million in her trust but you can't have full custody of her. She deserves to know me regardless if me and you together or not," Darnell said.

" Lexie can I talk to you outside," Maria asked.

" Yeah can my client and I have five minutes," Lexie asked.

" Sure," Lisa said frustrated.

" What's up," Lexie asked as they stepped outside.

" If I was to give him shared custody of Maria how would that work," Lora asked.

" Ummm Wym you live in La and he's in NY it be long battle with that," Lexie said.

" What if I moved back to NY," Lora asked.

" You wanna move back," Lexie asked.

" Not with him but yeah Lex. I like LA but I miss NY this Beverly life isn't for me I'm upper east side," Lora said laughing.

" Well weekends with daddy for start and you have her during week. On Friday's night he get her and she come back Monday morning," Lexie asked.

" Yeah," Lora said.

" You sure once I state that I can't take back Lora is this really want you want," Lexie asked.

" Yeah I think his mom passing really help him see what's important and I want Maria to know her dad. I just can't deal with him anymore and I'm ready to go back to NY. I miss my friends and I know Maria miss her dad," Lora said.

" Well Okay let's go work that out," Lexie said.

Darnell only worth $5 million because his mom was doctor before she died. Plus when he turned twenty him and his other two siblings got trust with $5 million in it. After we got back to the room I set the new term of the child custody and he agreed. Luckily we were able to wrap that up in couple hours and sign all paper work.
