Eureka's POV

OUR MISSION STARTED. Ele leads the way.

Kanina lang nag-start ang afternoon class. Wala nang estudyante sa corridor at busy na ang bawat classroom sa kanilang discussions.

As for the five of us, well, we're busy doing "other" stuff.

"Wait!" Ele signaled us to stop.

We hide behind a pillar after our leader does the same thing.

Nilingon ni Ele ang kabuuan ng corridor, nang masigurong safe ito at walang tao, saka siya sumenyas muli.

"Okay, clear."

We proceed tracing the empty hallway, with our body slightly bent down. Tiptoeing.

Sinisiguro kasi naming tahimik ang aming mga kinikilos, so that no one may spots us.

Successfully, we stride out of the school's building.

Yes!

"Ah! Finally!" Suzy heaved with relief, stretching her arms upward.

Sa wakas, nakalabas kami ng building nang walang nakakahuli sa'min.

Next, we trailed our way down the school's quadrangle. Open, bed of greenness around us. Blazing sun above.

Wala nang masyadong makakakita sa'min dito dahil, una sa lahat, nasa loob ng building ang karamihan ng teachers and students.

So ngayon, chill-chill na lang kami sa pagtahak ng quadrangle.

"So? What're we gonna do now?" asked Genesis.

Agad naming nilingon si Ele. He's the one who's responsible for this matter, he should also be the one who plots the plan.

"We can't take the main school's gate," Ele announced, crossing his arms. "It was secured by guards. So it's impossible to sneak out."

"So? Anong plano?" tanong ni Neil.

"We shall take the backyard..." Ele trailed off. "...and climb the school's wall."

Climb a wall?!

Agad nanlaki ang mata ko sa sinabi niya.

"What the?! Are you serious?! Climb the wall?!" I ranted. "Ano ito? Akyat-bahay-gang-mission?"

"Why? Do you have any better idea?" Ele turned his eyes on me with an evident annoyance.

Dahil doon, napaiwas ako ng tingin.

Geez! He's so cold.

"I think, Ele's suggestion is the only option we have," Genesis stated. "To climb wall is the only way out."

Napatango naman ang iba pang member ng club, proof that they all in Ele's side.

Napabuga na lang ako ng hangin at wala nang nagawa.

What could I do? Isa lang ako, apat sila.

Kaya ang ending, ayun, nag-U-turn kami mula sa school's quadrangle patungo sa backyard ng eskwelahan.

As we reached that area, a vacant eerie set-up greets our arrival.

Medyo madilim ang bandang likuran ng school. Puno ng vandalism ang wall dito at karamihan ay may mga basurang nagkalat kung saan-saan.

Hindi masyadong dinadaan ng mga tao ang backyard ng school. Bukod kasi sa madumi, madilim, at tago ang parteng ito ng Arthur's High. Wala din namang espesyal sa area na 'to.
