They spent the day walking around the city, while looking at the snowy mountains. Yuto noticed how Hyunggu would cling to Shinwon, while the tall boy only blushed and smiled down at him. Wooseok's hand was in his, the ten of them walking down a busy street together.
It was almost night time, and Yuto's legs were killing him. He took a seat on a bench he saw, letting Wooseok walk down to the small video game store a little ways from him. He didn't want to at first, but Yuto had pushed him saying he was okay. Wooseok gave him a quick kiss, before running off with Hyunggu. He chuckled to himself, loving how happy his boyfriend was to be getting a new game.
He was watching the snow fall slowly around him, curling into Wooseok's hoodie more. He was busy watching one fall, that a person next to him made him jump. "Yuto?" he furrowed his brows.
He turned, eyes landing on a small girl next to him. He stared at her, trying to figure out who she was. After an awkward moment of silence, it finally hit him. "Hatsumi!" he said quickly. She was girl that he had hooked up with a few times, and something about her he really liked. Maybe it was the fact that she was so calm about everything. He couldn't remember. She smiled softly, shaking her head.
"Didn't think you'd recognize me." Yuto chuckled, shaking his head too. It was nice to hear his own language after such a long time.
"It's been a while." she nodded, looking at him.
"You've changed." he furrowed his brows.
"Changed?" she nodded, looking him up and down. Her eyes met his again, a sort of sadness in them. "What do you mean?" she sighed, looking at the floor beneath them.
"Something's off." he raised his brow. "I don't know. It's been a while." he nodded, his hands pulling at the sleeve of his hoodie. "I can see you still haven't gotten out of that habit." he looked down, seeing his hands balling the end of the sweater in his palm. He smiled, nodding.
"You know i've always done that." she nodded back. It went quiet again, before she spoke.
"Why'd you move?" he frowned, looking down.
"Needed a change." she nodded.
"It's already been seven years, huh?" he nodded slowly. The two of them had grown up together, so she naturally knew about his mother. "I'm sorry." he shook his head.
"Don't be. It wasn't your fault." she looked back up at him, eyes filling with that look again.
"I've missed you." his heart clenched in his chest. He looked away, messing with his hands. "You don't have to say it back. I know you probably don't." he looked at her again.
"It's not that." she gave him a look.
"Yuto, you act like i didn't grow up with you." the two of them laughed softly. "So, how's your new school?" he chuckled, looking at the road in front of him.
"Very...different. In a good way." she laughed. "It's really different than Japanese schools, everyone's really passionate about it." she nodded.
"No gangs or anything?" he shook his head.
"Nope, it can get boring sometimes." she smiled.
"Because we had fights every week." he nodded, laughing also. "Are you still..." he furrowed his brows. "You know." she bumped his shoulder. He shook his head, letting a small smile form on his face.
"No, i'm done with that." she raised her brows in surprise.
"Really?" he rolled his eyes, pushing her lightly.
