Hwitaek looked over at him with a frown on his face. Yuto was looking out the window, trying to seem like he wasn't affected. "Yuto," he said softly. He turned to him, raising his brows. They had been on the road for a while, silence between them. He turned the radio down, eyes going back to the road. "Are you okay?"

He sighed, looking out the window again. He didn't know how to answer. "And don't give that 'i'm fine' bull shit." he looked down, messing with his jeans.

"Hwitaek-" he shook his head, looking over at him.

"Don't you dare say it. I will pull this car over." he sighed, nodding his head. Hwitaek sighed, telling himself to relax. "Why?" he chewed on his bottom lip.

"I don't know." Hwitaek sighed.

"Did you mean it?" he shrugged.

"I don't know." the other sighed.

"Do you love him?" he asked cautiously. Yuto sucked in a breath, wishing the feeling would disappear.

"I don't know." he said quieter than before. Hwitaek sighed, pulling over to the side of the road. It was cold, and Yuto wished he was with Wooseok inside his warm car and wearing his hoodie. He put the car in park, before turning to face him.

"Yuto, what's going on? You love him, i can see it. Why..." he sighed. "Why'd you end it?" he looked away, messing with his hands.

"I don't know." he said again. Hwitaek grabbed his hand, making him look up.

"Quit saying that. You know you could tell me. It's just us." Yuto sighed, nodding his head. He tried to figure out how to explain it.

"I'm just...i'm scared." Hwitaek furrowed his brows.

"Scared?" he nodded. "Why?" he shrugged.

"Because we...we used to hate each other. He's known for playing with people, that's the whole reason why we even talked." hwitaek sighed, nodding his own head.

"You don't want to be added to the list?" he shook his head.

"I mean, how many people has he said that too? And does he even mean it?" his eyes started to water. "I just feel like...i'm falling into the trap." Hwitaek frowned, pulling him in for a hug.

"Yuto, have you talked to him about this?" he shook his head.

"I want to, but i also...it feels too real." Hwitaek furrowed his brows again.

"Real?" he nodded.

"Whenever something's going really good for me, something happens and it...it ends. And i don't want whatever we have going on to end." he sighed, pulling away from him. "I love him, and i don't want that taken away." saying it out loud was a slap in the face. He loved Wooseok, and that scared the shit out of him.

Hwitaek held the side of his face, smiling at him. "Yuto, i know how that feels. I was the same with Hyo. but, look at how far we've come? We have fights, yes, and we have momentary break ups, but that's how life is. You can't...you can't end something just because your afraid it'll go wrong."

Yuto nodded, a small tear falling down his face. He was right. And he was an idiot for breaking up with him over something he could have talk to him about. Hwitaek got back onto the road, making the rest of their way home talking and laughing. He tried to figure out how he was going to fix the mess he somehow made.

He grabbed his things from the back of Hwitaek's car, giving him a hug goodbye. He told him he needed to talk to Wooseok, Yuto nodding at him. He watched him leave, before walking to his door. He knocked, holding back his smile.
