Chap 22 - My Golden Boys & Memories

Y/n's POV

It's been two weeks since Harry and I've been at the Leaky Cauldron lucky for us, Tom gave us separate rooms while the minister of magic, Fudge had gotten some our supplies for Hogwarts. I talked to the Minister day after day in his office as he talked to me about my future after Hogwarts since I now had three years left of my beloved second home. "I may become an professor or maybe work with my dear friends Fred and George Weasley, Sir but for now I'm more concerned about getting all O's on my O.W.L.S exams." I said as Tom gave me a cup of warm tea as I took a sip tasting rancid leaves and spat it into the fire groaning before I heard snarling and thumps around. "Excuse me, Minister Fudge, I must see to my brother." I said as we shook hands then I left to Room 11 and opened up the door seeing Harry messing with his care of magical creatures book sighing. I walked into the room and guickly picked up the book and stroke it's spine softly as it began to purr then settle down. "Future reference Harry, you have to stroke the spine of this book before opening it or you'll be chewed on." I said before handing him the book then we had heard yowls of a cat then a familiar voice shouting. We ran out of the room and looked down the stairs seeing Herimone holding a ginger cat and Ron holding his rat Scabbers. "Stop fighting lovebirds! Ronnikins first off Scabs is older then dirt itself and Herimone is right since cats hunt rats and mice." I said as I slide down the stair rail then landed in front of my friends in my leather jacket and red v-neck shirt and black jeans with my laced up boots. "Bloody hell, Y/n." Ron said looking at me up and down til I placed his open jaw back up. "You'll catch flies Ronnikins and where are...gah!" I looked down seeing Fred and George lifting me up in their arms. "Ello, Lioness!" Fred and George said together as we laughed.

Fred, George and Y/n talked while drinking coffee. Y/n had given her best friends an silver earring each last Christmas and smiled seeing they were wearing them with their red hair now longer. "So Egypt was brilliant eh?" Y/n asked as she heard Ron ramble on and on about tombs, death masks, curses, and mummies. The three of the four Marauders teased Ron til Molly hugged the leader girl tightly. "Molly...your...killing me..." she said honestly as the woman let her go. "Oh, Y/n look at you! You've gotta more beautiful. How are you and my sons doing hmm along with you and your boyfriend?" Y/n blushed lightly at Molly's words. "Molly!" She said

♤Fred's POV♤

I looked at my mum and N/n who was bright red. Y/n certainly had gotten more beautiful true enough to my mum's words. I'll admit I have a crush on her since George and I ran into her, four years ago and now every day she takes my breath away along with my heart pounding against my chest. Even though she's dating Cedric now, I know he will never be her first kiss we shared it. Now here I am lost in my thoughts til a set of fingers snapped in front of my face.

Y/n snapped her fingers repeatedly in Fred's face til he finally looked at her. "Ello Frederick, Welcome back to world of the living." She said while ruffling his hair as she looked up at Arthur talking to Harry so she walked over to hear the name Sirius Black. "Arthur, you shouldn't worry about Harry or me after all is he does try anything I'll rip his throat out of his body." She said seriously as her eyes flashed a lioness predatory stare making the eldest Weasley man shake a bit. "Come along now, Boys and girls let's get to King Cross train station before the Hogwarts Express pulls out." Y/n said as she grabbed Fred's and George's arms then ran out of the pub. Arthur and Molly looked at each other then the door smiling. "That's our future daughter in law one day." They whispered while they all left. Y/n sat between Fred and George as Lee sat beside Cedric talking about this year's strategy for pranks and tests as the train moved through the countryside while she told them about accidentally blowing her Aunt Marge up with magic. "That dog deserved what she got even if it was accidental." Y/n said smiling as they all laughed til the train stopped and became dark. "We can't possibly be there." Y/n took out her wand and said lumos as their compartment filled up with light while they watched the windows freeze over then looked at the door seeing a skeleton hand open up the door. Y/n's e/c eyes widened slightly in fear as she casted her patronus spell making a lioness appeared from her wand as it chased the dark creature away while Y/n walked out of the compartment. "Stay here boys, I've got to check on Harry, Ron and Hermione." She said while shutting the door and walked to the golden trio's compartment with ease then saw a pair dementors in front of the door then heard a thud. "Harry!" Y/n shouted out as the other dementor looked at her then everything went black.

"James, be careful facing him." Lily said as she held harry in one arm and Y/n in the other. "I will be alright Lily just get the kids and yourself to safety, I love you all." James said before kissing her forehead then his daughter's and son's. "Y/n it's your job to protect Harry, my little lioness okay and always be brave no matter what happens." Y/n hugged her father the best she could crying as bangs echoed from their front door. James hugged his daughter one last time before handing her to her mother as they ran off. Y/n saw her father fight then striked down as Lily ran into Harry's nursery locking the door behind her and then placed both of her children into the crib. "We love you both Y/n, Harry so much. Mummy and Daddy love you so much." Y/n looked up at her mother as she kissed their foreheads. "Mummy?" Y/n said until the door was blown up and a dark wizard walked into the room. "Stand aside Mudblood." Y/n held Harry close to her heart. "No! You can kill me but don't you dare kill my children, not Y/n! Not Harry!" Lily cried out then Y/n saw a green light hit her mother's chest directly in the heart along with a blood curdling scream. Y/n jumped up and screamed out. "NO DAD, MUM!" she began breathing heavily as she looked around seeing Fred, George, Lee, Cedric, Herimone, Ron and Harry beside her worried as she had tears running down her face then heard a snap in front of her. Y/n looked up seeing a young man with scars on his face and dirty blonde hair holding a large piece of chocolate to her. "Here this will help with the headache." He said as she took the chocolate the scarfed it down then looked at the man. "Uncle Moony?" Y/n asked as the man's eyes widened slightly. "N/n, Merlin look at how much you've grown up." He said smiling while the girl hugged him close as her friends, boyfriend and brother looked at them confused. "Harry this is one of Dad's best friends from Hogwarts, Remus John Lupin. He used to babysit us as tots." she said while they all talked in the trio's compartment, Remus and Y/n walked the train halls talking as it was now moving once more. "I remember your 'Furry' problem Moony and I can help you out so you won't be alone." She said honestly while he looked at her confused until he saw her e/c eyes turned cat like. "You really are James and Lily's daughter." He said smiling while she laughs happily. "That's not all my friends, Fred, George, Lee and I are a second generation of Marauders along with Peeves of course." She said smiling widely then noticed the nostalgic look in her uncle's eyes along with a unshed tears then kissed her forehead lightly. "Just be careful then, N/n this year." He said seriously before she sighed softly while placing her hands behind her head. "Oh, come on Remy what's life without a bit of mischief?" Y/n said before walking back to her friends as Remus watched her go. "She really is your daughter my dear friends, and the Marauders live again in her and her friends." Remus thought as the train pulled up to Hogsmeade and the older students boarded the carriages and headed up to Hogwarts once more.
