After that Jiraiya took us to get my dangos he promised me and I ate them happily.

He then wanted to go to the hot springs for the fourth time today, so he could stare at women but once he looked over it was just me in the water reading my book the water hid all of me "Where are all the women?" He pouted while I relaxed in the water.

"I told them there is a pervert," I explained, and he went back down in disappointment.

Once we got out Naruto started complaining to Jiraiya again that we aren't doing any training and Jiraiya whispered to Naruto about something but I couldn't hear them.

"Well..." Naruto got all flustered and rubbed his head nervously and looked to me and panicked when he noticed I was looking at him.

"Hug that girl right now" He demanded.

"Okay! But what if she doesn't like it, no this is for training I have to become stronger, but she might never want to talk to me again, but I have to master the summoning technique she is cheering me on, no but, no, no" Naruto kept going back and forth with himself.

"Do it already!" Jiraiya kicked him over.

Naruto got up and grabbed my hand pulling me with him "No following!" He yelled back at Jiraiya.

He stopped around the corner and it was just us, and he hugged me "Sorry this is weird right?" Naruto asked nearly pulling away.

"It's not you just need a hug right?" I hugged him back.

"ARRGH!" We let go of each other from hearing a scream I recognised I turned to see Sakura and Ino looking at us in shock "WHAT ARE YOU DOING?!" Sakura yelled.

"Hugging," I answered not understanding why she is yelling.

"We will leave you to it" Ino dragged Sakura away and gave us a thumbs up.

We walked back to Jiraiya and went back to the woods "None of this is working" Naruto complained and Jiraiya hit him in the stomach knocking him out.

"You better have a good reason or I will burn all your hair off" I threatened with a smile on my face.

"I have a good reason and this will help you with your teleporting problem" He put Naruto on his shoulder and put me up on his other one.

I couldn't care to ask and carried on reading as he carried us further into the woods "Hey when you write drafts for your books can I read them?" I asked.

"Sure that will help a lot, not many people want to do that and most get embarrassed talking about it like your sensei," Jiraiya told me.

Jiraiya put me down gently and dropped Naruto onto the floor, and he landed with a thud waking him up "What happened?"

"Will you both put your life on the line?" Jiraiya asked us with a serious tone.

We both nodded "Okay then" He put his finger to Naruto's forehead and another to mine and flicked us but it sent us flying back into the trees and then we were falling down into a ravine.

"This is something" I caught my book mid-air.

"AT LEAST REACT!!" Naruto shouted.

Naruto grabbed the side of the walls, but he just slipped off of them every time, I activated my sharingan and tried to make myself teleport.

Come on teleport! Move! I kept screaming in my head as I kept falling down to the bottom and I'm gonna hit into the spikes soon.

"Scarlett!!" Naruto yelled to me with his voice overflowing with concern and fear.
